I am a resident of B-2/2338( Green Glade Appts), Vasant kunj.
In our society a flat owner namely Dinesh Bhardwaj resident of B-2/2327, Vasant kunj has done encroachment over the common area of the society and put a gate there Illegally and he refuses to give access to any of the people from society.
I have asked him many times to open the gate but he refuses to do so and starts abusing and says that he owns the common area.
That area is a passage to go to the park beside our building and it is also a passage to walk.
Please look into this matter and revert as soon as possible.

Dear Official,

I am a tenant of E-101 third floor and our neighbour (house next to mine, grocery and eatery known with the name of 'munchies') has an invertor on his top terrace and there is some problem with it such that it is creating a very sharp beep noise from more than 2 days. It sounds very unpleasant and it is definitely very harmful to the years. It is difficult to sit in my room as the noise is reaching and it is very disturbing. After asking the neighbour two times, he have got a ride reply saying that it is there wish as to whatever they do on their terrace and if it is any disturbance to us it is none of his business. I request you kindly take a strict action on such people who are not responsible citizens. Hoping to get a resolve as soon as possible.

Encroachment by making Jhuggi Jhopari at Misc Location as marked in attached 2 pics, on the Golf Course Road, Dwarka Sec 18-b ( Between Dwarka Sec 16 D Park & Dwarka 16 Rose Garden ) Such Encroaches not only cause air pollution, due to burning of wood for their daily cooking activities, but also, Illegally using Water from the Delhi Jal Board water pipe line, by damaging the flange connections of water pipe lines, which leads to more of water leakage than being used by these encroachers. Finally due to unavailability of the proper Toilet / washroom, these encroachers are polluting the entire area by Pooing in the available green areas in the adjacent park / green areas.. Requesting to dismantle these encroachment. Presently they are 10 - 15 nos of Jhoparis, which are gradually increasing as no authority are stopping them from doing so . Pl see attached pics for detailed location.

महोदय
RPS Colony Madangir new delhi-1 10062में मकान नंबर 245से 266तक नाली बनाने के लिए एमसीडी द्वारा फंड रिलीज किया गया था। लेकिन इस एरिया के कनिष्ठ अभियंता द्वारा नाली के लिए खुदाई का काम H No 253से264 तक करा दिया गया। मगर नाली का निर्माण नहीं किया गया है। जिससे कॉलोनी के लोगों को कई प्रकार की परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। नाली निर्माण के फंड का दुर्पयोग किया जा रहा है जैसे इस पैसे से मकान नंबर 245से 253के सामने वाले पार्क की बॉउंड्री की मरम्मत की जा रही है। जिस काम के लिए पैसा दिया गया है वह काम नहीं किया गया है। अतः आप से अनुरोध है कि इस मामले में हस्तक्षेप कर नाली का निर्माण कराने की कृपा करें।

I residents of rajasthani camp sarita vihar and one of our resident was build his home but after building work are complete, all the waste of building material is lying on road and now people are using this waste as garbage area and every day they throwing garbage there. area is near by Electricity transformer.

Note:- the waste of building material is lying there since 4-5 months.

I pinto and my family residing in sarita vihar. the tree in front of my house The tree is infested with termite (दीमक) and ants, and tree are moving by wind and it can fall anytime and can injured anyone.

the tree is in middle of way where small children are used to play.

and it is fall within on our house wall as the wait of tree is more our wall is damaging.

As being a responsible citizen of this residence this act of goodness by you will not do any harm to the environment.

I have applied for mutation of my flat in MCD office (sector 9, Dwarka) on 18th December 2019. Since then i have visited MCD office more than 10 times and also submitted additional details required by the office on 21st Jan 2020 and 22nd Sept 20. I have also verified all the original documents of property to the concern officer. But i have not received mutation certificate by your office till date.

Request you to please instruct your office to issue mutation certificate at earliest. My flat/case detail are as under:

There is a stray dog in our neighborhood who bites everyone. He bit one lady so badly that she fainted due to blood loss. He bit my dad today as well. There is one family who feeds that dog and hides it whenever dog catcher van comes. Please help us out. There are many dogs but that one particular dog is the problem here.

During this pandemic where we taught about hygiene and cleanliness .. mcd workers put piles of sewage waste in front of healthcare center. And after talking to them they show no response and show rude behaviour and said you can complain we have no fear .. is this right attitude ? Is this called cleaning ? Where you are putting sewage waste piles infront of clinic where patients are coming.

This is to inform you that there is demolition/construction work is going on inside Janak Cinema (Old Building) at backside. They are using heavy duty machines which cause vibration in Janak Food Court to extreme level. Moreover, they are breaking LOAD BEARING walls that too without legal permission. If mishappening or an unwanted accident takes place who will be responsible for it?

There is a very much possibility that because of it not only our building will get weaker but our customer might get harmed as well. Since, it is a property meant for public therefore, you are requested to look into the matter on priority basis.

Hopefully appropriate action will be taken on an urgent basis.
