Respected sir,

I am Hansraj R/o H. No. B-177, St no. 14, Nasirpur Colony, Near Nasirpur Sabzi Mandi, Palam, Dwarka, 110045.
Sir, our sewer line is damaged due to which the sewer water enters the home. This leads to several major health problems as the water gives birth to dengue and chikungunya and a lot more diseases. THIS COULD BE FATAL.

I therefore, request you to check and repair the sewer line as soon as possible.

I am resident of A11, south extension part 2.
There is a broken cemented lid on our naali, these were caps installed by MCD few months back to cover naali. It is both creating unhealthy environment as well as creating difficulty to park my vehicle. Please send staff sand replace this one lid.

I am the resident of TA198A Gali#3 Tuglakabad extn. Parallel to my building there is a factory running in Ist and 2nd floor. They have not just opened their window but also used heavy exhaust fans which are directly throwing the dust particles and pollutants towards my building. I have informed many times to the owner to close their windows but no action has been take. Thereby, I have closed all my windows.
I stay along with my wife and we are both senior citizens. Continuous exposure to this pollution has caused both me and my wife fall sick often along with regular chest infection, cold and cough and skin and eye allergies. I am attaching few pictures for your reference.
Will appreciate your immediate response in this regard.

Our plot neigbours sanjay., ajay and ajay wife Mukesh encroaching my property. They demolished my room bathroom and capture my house hold things and doing illegal construction on my plot. The parking attendants are cutting parking tickets for Tempo/Auto for private cars post 7pm at Aurobindo Place Market parking. When confronted claimed that this is normal during weekends. When forced to change kept saying that our contractor will cut our money please dont do it. Attached is a video of the machine and tickets and confrontation

This is in regard with the complaint o[censored]nauthorised and illegal construction at flat no. 145, Nehru Apartment, Kalka Ji, New Delhi 110019 owned by Mr. Karun Behera.
Nehru Apartments is SFS flats complex developed in the late 80's. The flat number 145 is at second floor and the owner of the said flat has extended drawing room and lobby area. Further, they constructed an additional balcony of more than 100sq ft besides the extended drawing room and lobby area. Thereafter, they have constructed an additional bathroom on their floor and planted an additional water tank of 1000 ltr in front of window of our flat.
The entire block from Ground floor to Second floor has extended construction of additional bathroom. Even there are extended balconies at first floor recently constructed.
This is not only encroachment and violation of local laws but a threat to our security and privacy. The additional construction posses a threat to the structural safety of the building. This is a clear case of infringement of our rights and harassment.
In this way, they have violated the building by-laws and encroached the additional spaces against the local laws and approved maps of the complex.
You are requested to take a strict action to remove such additional construction and encroachment to protect the original plan of the DDA building.

We are residents of D-25A Fateh Nagar New Delhi 110018,
We bring to your kind notice that there is sewerage on back outside, The sewage is overflowing and dirty water spreading in street daily, filled with fouls smell. This is creating huge inconvenience to residents & neighbourhood, I complaint it many round to concerns Authorities at SDMC & Delhi Jal Board but no one takes actions, As the mosquitoes are increasing day by day and so is the risk of diseases caused

I request to you please resolve it as it created difficulties in our street, please arrange earliest necessary action to unblock and cleaning of sewage hole.

Near my house some illelagal building material such as bricks and sand are collapsed from last 7-8 years and many of the insects are spreading day by day which is helping insects and mosquitoes to reborn.
Which in terms LEADING to spreading harmful disease i have requested the concern person to remove that ### which he has spreaded and occupied that place due to which we are facing difficulties in parking our bikes and scooters also creating insects he is very rude and not removing that spreaded ###

This is to bring to your kind notice that entry of basant nagar from vasant enclave flat no. 419 has been blocked by one of the resident of basant gaon who is running a business of building material supply. This is very difficult of all the pedsterian to cross the road because all the time dust, bricks, rickshaws and tempos has been parked on the road all the time.please look in this matter as soon as possibel

This is being done in connivance with the local officials from the SDM Office, MCD office and Police departments as these people are very well connected and have very deep pockets.
I request you to take immediate action.

its a very painful if person is not going to enter in park due to your parking incoming and blocking the gate . and staff is so rude after talk to him.

The nali in our area are filled with plastic polythene and rotten water with green algi, bad smell is coming and also mosquitos are spreading due to this...kindly help on this problem ...

Dear Sir, I am a resident of RZ11A Shish Ram Park Uttam Nagar New Delhi 59 And this is in regards to drainage issue in our street. The road has recently been constructed but the road slop is not good due to which the rainy water keeps smelling in the mid of the street. Pls look in to it.

Sir, Recently old resident fallen on the damaged road in my lane and got injured. I made several request for getting it corrected by recarpetting with concrete as per existing road laid, but of no results . Even small kids gets injured on this very bad road in front of D-257 to 269 Sarvodaya enclave New Delhi 110017

An illegal dairy is being ran in our street. The owner of this dairy produces plethora of waste and dairy garbage in the street. Every where is nothing but buffalo dung's. He has already encroached one third part of street and also others' plots for this purpose. We are also grappling with the problem of sewage, garbage....

I am filing a complaint against KEY EVENTS Wedding House which is situated at Rajouri Garden Near West zone MCD office, Delhi, where unauthorized construction / erection of wooden structures construction or work are doing . This illegal construction/ erection work was started one month aback and I was personally complained to AE, Sh.V.K.Singh, Sh. Ashish Mishra, JE(B-1) and Shri N.R.Meena EE(B-1) of this area to stop the said illegal activity immediately and take action against the owner of this Wedding House. But they did not take any attention towards this because they get rupees 15 Lakh bribe from the owner for allowing constructing the same. These shamianas/ Wedding House are not allowed as per law of DMC- Act. Now construction of wooden structure is mostly complete and inner finishing work is going on. Owner of this Wedding HOuse neither have any permission from the department nor apply for the permission to the department.

Till date, no action is executed by the AE Sh. Anil Kumar, JE(B) Sh. Ravinder Kumar and EE(B) Sh. N.K.Meena against the violation done in Wedding House.

Section 342 of DMC Act under heading “Prohibition against use of inflammable materials for building, etc without permission” inter alia provides that :
“In such areas as may be specified by laws made in this behalf, no roof, verandah, pandal or wall of a building or no shed or fence shall be constructed or reconstructed of cloth, grass leaves, mats or other inflammable materials except with the written permission of the Commissioner, not shall any such roof, verandah, pandal, wall, shed or fence constructed or reconstructed in any year be retained in a subsequent year except with fresh permission obtained in this behalf.”

Recently, a fire was burst in a illegal unit in village Begampur which consequence five deaths of a family, Thus, such type of mishappening occurred in Village Begampur, can be happened in above Name Wedding House at any time. The building of the KEY EVENTS Wedding House is surrounded by the wooden structure which may cause fire burst at any time and damaged the building also. We can’t imagine how much life are in endanger who may lose their life at any time. The said Wedding House is not safe for passengers.
Please take action against lenient / delinquent EE, AE and JE who fails to perform their duty as well as against the said Wedding House immediately to avoid any mishappening and also terminate the completion certificate of Wedding House, if issued. That the Order the immediate departmental vigilance enquiry and / or RDA proceedings in addition to penal action U/S 217, 120 B IPC r/w 13(1)(d) and 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 against the said erring officers and Builder.

It is a humble request that many people have illegally taken over the drain in T.C.Camp. Raghubir Nagar 12 yards Ward-6-S. Poultry shops, toilets, animal husbandry, ready, houses have been built above the drain 10 years ago, the municipal corporation went after cleaning the drains after that the drains were never cleaned. Due to which many people are studying to face many diseases. 10 years ago the municipal corporation has removed the illegal occupation but these people again make it over the drains, in the Municipal Corporation we have complained many times but no response. Comes Mr. Man, I request you, Please pay attention to the illegal removal of possession and cleaning of drains at TC Camp Raghubir Nagar 12 yards Ward-6S and please challan those who illegally seize it and take legal action from the most powerful It will be a great mercy.
