This is a Reminder to my online complaint . number 23070 dated 19/06/2021 which is still pending and keeping in view of the monsoon season approaching it is going to be very hazardous and can cause mishap to senior citizens as well as others, kindly resolve

Dear sir/madam,
there is a stretch of 10-15 meters in radhey radhey gali chirag dilli which has not been built by the SDMC for 4-5 Years . which creates a huge problem for the bikers as well as walkers because the level of the manhole is very high above the ground . further some households directly pipe out their sewage on street which creates foul smell when meets garbage .

the residences of this Gali are very troubled by this situation .
please take prompt action over my compalint.

I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT 2 HOUSE OWNERS DOESN'T ALLOW THE WORKERS TO BUILD THE STREET WHICH IS VERY SHAMEFULL AT MY SIDE.

But in greater interest of the general public the road must be built in any case .

Every morning a garbage vehicle comes to collect the garbage of the road, it takes everyone's garbage but i have a vegetable cart, so they ask me for vegetables for free, when i don't give them vegetables for free, they don, t take my garbage.

Sir, I am residing at C-40, East Of Kailash, New Delhi 110065 near C Block Market, I request you to kindly help in cleaning of sever pipelines in the side lane of c Block Market and side lane of my house as water is coming from shops and got accumulated as there is drainage pipes are blocked and due to this bad smell and mosquitos born in the surrounding area and a it a very big problem for us.

I am a resident of E block Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar 4. I am submitting this complaint regarding unauthorized construction and encroachment of Gully by house number E -33.
The encroachment has caused a safety threat for my house (E-34) and will add to the pollution because of the installation of commercial chimney and industrial air conditioners. I have repeatedly requested the owner of the property and thekedaar to discuss their construction but they have paid no heed.
It is my humble request that you investigate this matter.
The construction poses a risk to the residents and houses because of safety concerns for theft and fire. If you can visit the location it will be immensely helpful.

I have applied to issued birth certificate of my child on 30th Mar 2021 but still birth certificate is not issued by SDMC.
It seems that no one is doing their work in SDMC.
My baby registration number is MDCOLIR[protected].

I live in Dehradun and I have a flat in Punjabi Bagh, West.
I have been trying to pay Property Tax online to SDMC for more than a week.Every time it shows FAILED, Payment Failed with Transaction Number:...
I tried at least six times
I tried with two separate Banks Debit Cards.
No Helpline number is responding.
How am I supposed to pay the Tax in time?

Property Tax for E555 / 3floor Greater Kailash Pt II ( UPIC [protected]), for FY 2018-19, amounting to Rs 32, 290/- was paid at SDMC office, RK Puram on 19 June 2019 . Payment was by Bank of India, CR Park Branch, Cheque No 177388 dated 19 Jun 2019. Copy of receipt from SDMC is attached. The amount was credited into SDMC account on 25 June 2019.
The above payment is not reflected in the computerized records available online . PTR available on line still shows 0 payment against Property Tax for 2018-19.
This omission was projected vide Grievance Id No 39646 on 30 Jan 2020 and vide email from [protected]@rediffmail.com to [protected]@mcd.org.in dated 17 June 2020. However, it appears that no action has yet been taken to correct this omission. As the owner is a senior citizen, it has not been possible to visit your office due COVID restrictions.
It is requested that the computerized records of SDMC may please be updated at the earliest to reflect the Property tax payment of Rs 32, 290/- for FY 2018-19 in respect of E555/3rd floor, Greater Kailash Pt 2., and confirmation may please be emailed to [protected]@rediffmail.com.

This is to inform you that i am a resident of 10/8 sarv priya vihar, new delhi 110016, the house next to us has been sold to some builder who is demolishing the house which has created utter nuisance for us both noise pollution and dust pollution are hampering the lifestyle that we live. My parents are senior citizens above the age of 75 and due to covid my children who are in collecge cannot give exams or study due to this nuisance.
Noise levels are beyond the precribed limits and therefore this needs to be stopped

1. That on Dated 13th June 2021 we get to know that the accused Deepak Goel constructed a LANTER for digging basement and LENTER for the First Floor without any permission, MAP or electricity and water meters.
2. That we are the plaintiff in the matter of the above said property and the matter is still pending in the court of District judge Saket.
3. That on dated 04/02/1999 by order of High Court we got the stay order on the property Bearing No: - 108 Samman Bazar Jangpura Bhogal New Delhi – 14.
5. That on dated 13th June 2021 at around 8 PM we make a PCR call to stop the construction So that he cannot finish his pending work.
6. That on dated 14th June 2021 at 19:50 PM we filled a complaint against Deepak Goel to SHO Hazarat Nizamuddin (D.D No: - 47A) for the above matter.
8. That we make the videos and take some photographs of the whole incident which we will share whenever is required.
9. That it is important to mentioned in the complaint as during this pandemic period where all the construction work is restricted or closed by imposing lockdown, the accused Deepak Goel doing construction during the period of lockdown and break the low and order and advisory given by Delhi Government.

Kindly take all the strict and necessary actions against the accused Deepak Goel and stop the construction work for future over the above said property and demolished the entire construction which is already been made.

My neighbour at E 128, Greater Kailash 2, New Delhi has a drain in the service lane behind their house. This overflows and the smelly water flows around several houses where it keeps standing for many hours. This has created a very unhygienic situation. The choked drain needs to be cleaned and a proper cover installed.

I live in 53, Hemkunt colony (F/F) where front portion is in my name (UPIC [protected]) and wife owns the rear portion (UPIC [protected]). When I try to pay tax for my property and click on 'Paytax', the details displayed show my wife's UPIC instead of mine hence I am unable to pay and I am not able to edit this. Can you please check and resolve this problem?

I live in 53 Hemkunt colony and I am unable to deposit my property tax online. My UPIC number is [protected] whereas my wife Sushma Jain's property UPIC is [protected]
When I click on 'pay tax' option, on MY UPIC number, the screen shows my apartment details BUT with Sushma's UPIC number (i.e. [protected]) instead of mine.
Can SDMC amend the record at their end so that I am able to pay my property tax for MY property on line.

Dear sir,
I am a resident of V-3 SECTOR-C Bhagwati vihar Uttam Nagar NEW DELHI 110059.
My neighbours has blocked their street drains due to which dirty water in drains are entering into my main water lines.
I requested them to please open their water drains but they refused to do so .
Please help me in this matter and do take some action on urgent basis .

The back lanes and front service roads of dps, ashwaryam, badrinath, dakshiyyan, sangamitra and ratnakar apts (plots 16-21) of sector 4 dwarka are infested with about 15 -20 stray dogs which are agressive . They have bitten / scared people in the past, and today too they bit one person who was out on morning walks . Now with lockdown relaxation, children are also coming out to play . Please remove the dogs to another place on a very urgent basis .

In our area a group of monkeys are creating a havoc in our area. They are attacking and bitting the residents and also causing damage to private property.

This is for finiancial year[protected]. The house is in the name of PRATIMA MAJI & HEM CHANDRA MAJI. The online payment is made by myself, SANTANU KUMAR MAJI (Son) through ICICI Bank.
