Stray dogs are everywhere, and they run after residents. Once a person fell n hurt his knees. They are very scary. At night they will run on side lanes of home, causing disruption in sleep of everyone, especially small babies cry whole night. Please pick the stray dogs

A tailor has encroached the footpath at Market no. 2 at C R Park, ( adjacent to BSES transformer ) . This causes a lot of nuisance as people flock on the main road, making it accident prone

This mail is regarding garbage issues in our area hari nagar. A lot of garbage dumb in our park from so many days. Due to that garbage lots of problems been created like mosquitoes, smell, unhygienic condition.
Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

In Shree awas aptt sec 18B Dwarka, water from overhead broken kitchen tank has been continuously falling on the ground for the last month creating muddy dirty puddles with algae, larvae of mosquitoes and other germs and insects. This is a breeding ground for dengue causing mosquitoes. Residents are not repairing their tank RWa not taking action despite repeated complaints. Kindly take action at the earliest as monsoons are almost here

To the commissioner of SDMC, the incident occurred at - Sector B pocket 2/ 2245, vasant kunj, new delhi 110070. Residents of Flat no. 2210 possess an unlicensed Great Dane who is constantly walking without a leash. The dog is unmanageable and out of control. He has constantly attacked other pet dogs and residents, he does not deserve to live in this colony and his owners are full of apathy and indifference at this behaviour. They threaten people with their Supreme Court credentials and their high connections. They have created an atmosphere of terror in the entire colony. On 27th June, 2021 at 9:57 pm the dog attacked 2 residents and a pet dog. The residents had to climb atop the roof of a car and hide behind cars to escape with their life. It was a very serious attack and caused a lot of trauma in the entire sector. We need this escalated at the highest level and as soon as possible. Preferably before another serious incident of this kind occurs. The RWA is informed but is also pressurized by these people and their influence. There has been no action as on date and the dog is 6 years old. There have been innumerable incidents of biting and attacking by the same dog and the residents are ready to file a petition or anything required to rectify the same. CCTV footage of the incident is also available. Please take care of this problem at the earliest.

I am a resident of N-Block Sriniwaspuri, new delhi 110065. The corrupted RWA consists of a man who takes money from street vendors and puts it in his pocket and thereby lets them enter the locality at odd hours. This is not only hazardous in COVID 19 times but also during the afternoon timings when senior residents are alone, these suspicious looking vendors can rob houses or can be threatening to small children, and citizens who are seniors and residing alone or are alone at this time. I have tried calling the RWA to stop this nuisance but no avail .

I am a resident of E2 Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070.

I am writing to complaint about the illegal encroachment of land being attempted by the RWA of this colony, E2 Vasant Kunj: they have declared public land beyond the gated premises a 'play area for kids of E2' and pump their sewage into this public land. They police people from Mahipalpur, as well as from E2 itself, when they attempt to walk in or use this public land. They are now attempting to cut down trees and vegetation in this public land so that the currently fertile and well-grown land becomes an empty dust bowl.

I request intervention by the MCD at the earliest.

I am a resident of G-143, Nanakpura, South Moti Bagh, New Delhi. The back lane of a row of our houses is in very pathetic condition. It is all covered by dry leaves, branches of trees and other kind of waste. The same is very necessarily to be cleaned immediately. The same has not be cleaned for a long years.
Similarly, as we all know the monsoon is about to start in few weeks. Due to such waste, there will be water lodging, which may be cause of various diseases such as malariya, chickengunia, dengu and the most important the Covid 19 for which a hygiene atmosphere is required.
Therefore, it is humbly requested to please make some arrangements for the cleaning of same. Keeping in view the prevailing disease, it is very important to clean immediately. I shall be very thankful.

Sir, our neighbours deliberately bring their dog for its daily excretion, when we object they said this is towards our house wall, whats ur issue. They also throw garbage in the street.
We request you to kindly take prompt action against these people, who are irresponsible towards their duties and bothering others too with such of their bad habits.

This is a Reminder to my online complaint . number 23070 dated 19/06/2021 which is still pending and keeping in view of the monsoon season approaching it is going to be very hazardous and can cause mishap to senior citizens as well as others, kindly resolve

Dear sir/madam,
there is a stretch of 10-15 meters in radhey radhey gali chirag dilli which has not been built by the SDMC for 4-5 Years . which creates a huge problem for the bikers as well as walkers because the level of the manhole is very high above the ground . further some households directly pipe out their sewage on street which creates foul smell when meets garbage .

the residences of this Gali are very troubled by this situation .
please take prompt action over my compalint.

I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT 2 HOUSE OWNERS DOESN'T ALLOW THE WORKERS TO BUILD THE STREET WHICH IS VERY SHAMEFULL AT MY SIDE.

But in greater interest of the general public the road must be built in any case .

I am a resident of E block Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar 4. I am submitting this complaint regarding unauthorized construction and encroachment of Gully by house number E -33.
The encroachment has caused a safety threat for my house (E-34) and will add to the pollution because of the installation of commercial chimney and industrial air conditioners. I have repeatedly requested the owner of the property and thekedaar to discuss their construction but they have paid no heed.
It is my humble request that you investigate this matter.
The construction poses a risk to the residents and houses because of safety concerns for theft and fire. If you can visit the location it will be immensely helpful.

I have applied to issued birth certificate of my child on 30th Mar 2021 but still birth certificate is not issued by SDMC.
It seems that no one is doing their work in SDMC.

I have been trying to pay Property Tax online to SDMC for more than a week.Every time it shows FAILED, Payment Failed with Transaction Number:...
I tried at least six times
I tried with two separate Banks Debit Cards.
No Helpline number is responding.
How am I supposed to pay the Tax in time?

Property Tax for E555 / 3floor Greater Kailash Pt II ( UPIC [protected]), for FY 2018-19, amounting to Rs 32, 290/- was paid at SDMC office, RK Puram on 19 June 2019 . Payment was by Bank of India, CR Park Branch, Cheque No 177388 dated 19 Jun 2019. Copy of receipt from SDMC is attached. The amount was credited into SDMC account on 25 June 2019.
The above payment is not reflected in the computerized records available online . PTR available on line still shows 0 payment against Property Tax for 2018-19.
This omission was projected vide Grievance Id No 39646 on 30 Jan 2020 and vide email from [protected]@rediffmail.com to [protected]@mcd.org.in dated 17 June 2020. However, it appears that no action has yet been taken to correct this omission. As the owner is a senior citizen, it has not been possible to visit your office due COVID restrictions.
It is requested that the computerized records of SDMC may please be updated at the earliest to reflect the Property tax payment of Rs 32, 290/- for FY 2018-19 in respect of E555/3rd floor, Greater Kailash Pt 2., and confirmation may please be emailed to [protected]@rediffmail.com.
