In our colony too much garbage is there .there is too much bed smell is coming from it we can't stand in our balcony due to bed smell i have done lots of compliments in app 311 but till now no resolution is there .please i m requesting you to take necessary action into it

My neighbour has erected 4ft balcony beyond the plot area. Now they are taking that balcony space to make bathroom and toilet....

We are the residents of the locality Pandit wali gali, Bagdola Village, Dwarka sector 8. Here in our locality we are facing the blocked drained manholes which gets overflowed every year and for every season, we have complained it to the respective department, South Delhi Municipal Cooperation. Inspite of that, they are not addressing our issue seriously and not providing proper resolution, we have to get this issue resolved quickly as it is a serious health matter, as this may be the invitation to various water borne disease. The service is so unacceptable, this needs to be done as quickly as possible.

Im a resident of east kidwai nagar. There are 10-12 stray cows roaming everyday here on the road coming from kotla mubarkpur and illegal milk dairies there. People from there come n take them during late night and leave them on road during day. They block the road and come in front of cars . Also cow dung is present all over footpath. Pleasee kindly look into the matter asap.

I have a few stray dogs living near my flat. They are barking and trying to bite everyone who passes by. Kindly resolve this issue as I have a wife and a 2 yr old daughter and am afraid for their safety.

I want to state that we are the residents of Sadh Nagar Street Number 09 Palam Colony which comes under your ward 53S. There is a hotel running by Mr. DEEP CHAND GUPTA which is just next to our house, this hotel causes lots of problems to us related to some serious health issues due to the open cooking in kadhai, boiling oil droplets comes in contact with air and causes indoor pollution in our locality which causes respiration related problems to us as we daily respire these oil droplets due to their open cooking. We face major health issues daily we are unable to survive in this type of environment. 15 days ago, we had submitted a complaint regarding this matter to Najafgarh head office, and senior officer Sanjeev Verma visited the problem causing hotel and found the facts true as per his inspection and also give 15 days’ deadline to the hotel owner to close the gate of residential area and to put on chimney in their hotel, but neither of the instructions were followed by hotel owner, he put on hand made chimney which is uncapable to remove the burning hot oil.
So, I request you to inspect the hotel chimney whether the chimney follows the commercial standards or not and instruct him to permanently close the gate of residential side as we residents face many problems regarding this.

Sir,
I am Rajiv Goyal residing at ward no. 3 Mehrauli new delhi 30. I am running a Pharmacy named Goyal Medicos in this area.
The Drainage system in this area is very bad because of improper cleaning of drains.
Residents feel very upset when they cross these roads.
The depth of drains are very suitable for good flow of water, despite this all drains are full of junk and drain water flows everytime on the road.
I requested Mr. Raj {area inspector} Many times to resolve this issue but everytime he refused and said what can I do about that...

I request you to kindly approach the concerned person to resolve this issue as early as possible .

There is a Delhi Government plot near Chinar Apartment Batla House Okhla New Delhi on which the people are dumping garbage which may cause spread of Dengue and other deceases. It may be removed on priority basis for the safety of locals residing around it.

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of Kiran Garden, Uttam Nagar and there is a park near to my residence in Jain Park. It is the only park and has been water logged for past 10 days.Now the water has started to smell and mosquitoes can also be seen growing.
A place where a person goes to get better has now become a place for diseases.Kindly give attention to it asap as it can cause a havoc for nearby residents soon.

I am a resident of Baprola Village near Dhruv Public school ward no 24S. The drain has been blocked for more than 02 months. No one from the department has come to clean the drain despite filling complaint bearing no. 182 dated 16.07.2022. The drain water has been flowing all over the road and heavy mosquito breeding is there. The concerned SI of MCD is not taking any action for cleaning of drain.

I am Muskan, resident of Bharthal Dwarka. Sir, road in front of my house is in real bad condition. The sewer is jam and we can't even step out of the house due to the mud and dirty water. It is very unhygeinic and a cause of many diseases. Please clear this ASAP.

In this rainy season, the Garbage stack is collected at the front gate of MCD school for last more than 15 days, and nobody is cleaning and taking care of that place, Daily more than 500 school students cross this garbage, We complained to SDMC several times but no action was taken. I request you higher authority before any disease will raise in this area please come on the action. And Please take action against those irresponsible people who are not doing their duties, very sad to say in a Metro city Delhi SDMC failed to maintain the Swachh Bharat Mission.

There is a garbage mount infront of the Govt. Girls Sr. Sec. School, Ashok Nagar, New Delhi - 110018 (Beside Janki Vaishno Dhaba)
Even after alot of complaint to the MCD garbage truck and local sweeper, no action has been taken yet.
This garbage mount is getting wet during the rains and is thus harmful for the school going children as well as for the people living nearby.
I request the respective authority to look into it and take appropriate actions for the same as soon as possible.

If it is an SDMC authorised Parking, the parking personnel are not available after sun set. During morning hours, they over charge and misbehave when denied the payment beyond the amount on receipt.
