I want to say that in my front of house is very unhygienic everyone is put there waste like plastic bags, and many type of house's waste i am add the pic of waste so please take action about this problem we are very tens for it becouse it cause of many type of disease, very bad for our health, please take action as soon as possible

The concerns raised by people directly to office of sdmc or through consumer complaints should be followed up and resolved at the earliest as most of them are on small issues. Inaction or delay in forwarding complaint to concerned official /authority makes it meaningless and steps should be taken on priority depending on nature of complaint and it should be sent to right department for early resolution.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This issue is on the behalf of all the people residing at "S- Block, Saqlain Road, Pahalwan Chowk, Batla House, Okhla in South East Delhi region". I want to say that there is a common issue that has gone worst is Sewer problem in our street. We regularly clean that sewer but after ten days it overflow again & again day n night. Now the situation is that the children are not able to go to school and various problem arises day by day. thta water increases bad smell all over the area and various insects are moving over our parking area and stairs as well. It's very unhygienic for the resident.This situation is getting worst day by day. I request please take this issue in a serious note and resolve for the welfare of the society.

After digging & laying of drain pipes infront of defence colony's a block club & many other houses in the area the contractor has simply filled the hole with mud. Rainy weather has resulted in dirty muddy roads in one of the poshest colonies of delhi, defence colony. Proper road construction is the said area is of an utmost urgent need as residents are facing a lot of issues!

On mixed land use roads like beant kaur marg in new delhi -17, commercial activity has been allowed on main roads subject to registration with sdmc etc and on payment of conversion charges, parking charges etc as per activity involved. However residents having houses inside the colony on both side of above road have also started using different floors of their houses for commercial use without any information by way of registration, without any payment of conversion charges etc, as permissions granted on main road having mixed land use may not be allowable inside the colony. Appropriate steps are required by the corporation for above

Various kinds of concerns are raised by residents for their problems arising out of facilities provided by mcd or under its control and about problems arising out o[censored]sers of adjacent premises. However though the complaints are noted and on enquiry is informed to have been forwarded to concerned officer/department but effectively no action is taken in large number of complaints and on checking about status of concern raised, it is only informed that the complaint has been forwarded further and relief sought is not informed or is delayed for long time. The higher officials in the office should monitor the complaints periodically say 15-20 days to check if any required action is taken on the concerns raised by way of complaints received in writing or on phone by control room staff and should consider about how many concerns raised have been effectively attended to and have been resolved by the concerned staff to whom the complaint is marked/ forwarded for resolution.

I visited yesterday huaz khas village. For two wheeler, they are charging rs 40 for first hour and after that rs 20 per hour.
But as per rule of sdmc, standard rate is rs 10 per hour for 2 wheeler parking.
They are not even giving any kind of e-receipt nor any kind of slip of the payment made by me.
On the top of it they misbehaved and were ready to fight with me.

Name of one boy was ankit. I asked him about the rules and standard rate, but he was to eager to fight.

These kinds are going on under the nose of government.

What a citizen could expect?

I would suggest just inspect and teach them some lessons.

Since 1-2 years there is no swiper in my street. So why should i pay tax to the government? I am the single one who raised this complaint everyone is afraid to bother her because she abuse a lot.
We clean our surroundings for a long time but if a person is paid for that work then it would be done by herself.

Please help us to make our surroundings clean.

We are getting sewage and damp issue in our ceiling in k-1/132, ground floor, chittaranjan park, new delhi - 110019. I am a 93year old heart patient and facing problems for this issue.
We have requested many times to repair first floor washroom and kitchen and due to their water logging we are getting sewage issues in ceiling.

The rwa of the block refuses to look into the matter

Owner of f-596, sarita vihar, new delhi - 110076 is constructing extension on the backside and frontside of my flat blocking light & ventilation of my flat f-600. He has destroyed the exterior of my house from both sides completely frustrating both me the tenant who stays in my house.
Filed a complaint online on 12/01/2020 with sdmc vide no grv/cnz/2020/150109 regarding illegal construction/ encroachment but till date there is no action by mcd and the illegal construction is going on in full swing, destroying my property. I need the illegal encroachment above my flat to be removed and my damage repaired. He had not taken permission from me for doing this.

Sir, i have complained to you earlier, so far no action has been taken. I want to make you aware of the incident againhe request is that i am a resident of durga park district and want to inform you that a person named bisambhar dayal in street number 14, whose address is rz-2f / 190 street number 14 is this address (Near palam) new delhi-110045 and he before the police connivance, he erected the wall in the middle street unknowingly and started planting trees along that wall, due to which the way to my house was completely closed, which i complained to action in mcd and given the commissioner in writing 30/10/2019 and did not take any action on that yet. A person named bisambhar dayal is in the police and keeps threatening the police, i can do nothing for me. my humble request to you is to remove the person who has encroached in the street.

Sir,
I am resident of house no. A-33 & a-34 sanik nagar nawada uttam nagar delhi-59. House no a-35 built on 50 sq yards, four storied building (Built on part of plot no-35a) just adjacent to my house/plot has been tilted on one side and posses threat to near by residents.
In the recent past some cracks has been developed and building has left its original position. Despite several request nothing concrete has been done by building owner till date.
It is clear cut threat to the entire locality and others passer by using these streets. It may cause a big hazard to the life of human beings along with movable & immovable public properties.
In view of above kindly request you to take appropriate action in this regards so as to avoid any future mishap, or other wise it shall also be added into the long list of delhi’s killer buildings.

In dwarka, new delhi sector 22 near dda sfs society, a number of stray dogs around and inside the parks are causing menace and have already bitten many people. And children, please capture them and take due measure. They are posing great life safety hazard, we have many recorded incidents, can show details about them with pictures of victims, plz take action a t the earliest.

I am writing this mail for the letter i have received from the south delhi municipal corporation regarding the non payment of property tax (2019-20 duration) for flat no 263, plot no 8, sec-23, dwarka, new delhi -110077 in the name of kumar adlekha.

This year we (Anil chand ramola and rita negi) bought this flat (Attached registry detail) and also paid the house tax under new owner names (Also attached online reciept 2019-20), so ideally should not get any delay of payment letter notice from sdmc.

Kindly, look into the matter and let me know, if anything else is required from my end.

Sir,

I am writing this mail for the letter i have received from the south delhi municipal corporation regarding the non payment of property tax for house block nil 77a, ground floor, malviya nagar, new delhi 17 in the name of mukesh kumar chhabra. However, i have made the payment of rs1, 512 on 26 june 2019 copy attached with the mail.

The payment was already done then how come i am getting the letter for the due payment. Kindly, look into the matter and let me know, if anything else is required from my end.

My wife remains at home alone throught out the day, she provoke with bad word, useing my name and my wife name .she daily threaten that, I will bring you on road and insure that your house is demolish completley as my brother is a loyal driver of very big a prominent judge and has many power to drag you down and humalete you.
She friquently use unparlimenty language and unsocial word to humiliate us publicly.
we are feeling, unsafe, thretain, mentally upsate all the time due to her rude behaviour, unsocial juscher all the time ...
We are requestèd to please do the needfull the earliest to relai[censored]se from deep mental torcher and fristation.

I would like to complaint that a construction site in my neighborhood address H-301 is causing damage to my property and causing a lot of air pollution which is leading to breathing problems. The builder has not taken permission from us regarding the construction and they have not even covered the construction site . Please help me in this matter as soon as possible. I have complained the builder many times but they are not helping me .

I am residency of dr. Ambedkar nagar area, khanpur village. We all are suffering from overflow of draining. It's been 3-4 days its is overflowing all the waste is get on the road along with dirty water. As whole street has been covered by the dirt we are note able to get down of our home or move away, kids cant play, old people are suffering a lot, we are note able to get our daily routine things like milk, vegetable etc. Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible
