May i take this opportunity to approach you for necessary action against unauthorized factory, which is functioning for preparing of trophies with wood cutting grinding and spray & thinner painting at our residential area which is just near to my home at this address: d-41, nanhey park, near sat saheb school, uttam nagar, new delhi, pin - 110059, under the chairmanship of smt: usha rani.

Sir, the work of spray painting is continue in open roof space, so fumes of thinner and paint spreads in the air, we and above mentioned school children are suffering from many awful diseases.in this area suddenly two peoples died and my father is also suffering from brain hamerage and now he is in comma position, moreover due to this, number of factories have become operational so the level of air pollution in this area has become deteriorate and toxic.
It is true this harmful factory is running around 16 hours per day at our residential area and we are very upset for this terrible air pollution. We are writing this letter in connection with the hope to please take necessary action to remove this most poisonous factory from our residential area, myself stand indebted for this much needed assistance sir and regards.

We the resident of Pankha Road, Nangal Raya, New Delhi would like to draw the attention of South Delhi Municipal Corporation, West Delhi, New Delhi towards non cleaning of garbage lying of the road and illegal vegetable vendors have occupied the space under the Bridge of Pankha Road, Nangal Raya, New Delhi for selling their goods, which block the roads.

The residents opposite my house A28 Vishnu garden residents is draining water everyday on road and front of my house, which is causing difficulty to other residents and people passing on our road. The road is getting very muddy as the water stays there and there's no draining due to slope on the road is not good.all the dirty water splashes coming on nearby houses.

We tried to warn then but still there's no change.

Please do the necessary changes.

From last few years there is no swiper in our street. As i asked the neighbours they said 'when they stop her by filling the drain with dust and garbage she replied this is my way of work who are you to teach me my work.' after all this 2-3 day of argument she denied to come to the street. She said no one can teach me my job this my area and i have very strong background. After all this people are swiping themselves. But i told them benefits of paying tax what they pay every year. I told them you all have to complain about this in sdmc you will definitely get the solution. But they said once they tried and next day she (Swiper) strategy abusing in front of their home. What should they do now sir.
Please help us to find the solution about all this. As we know drain is clean once every 3-4 weeks. So, how we tolerate all this drain filling by the swiper. Once complaint about her is if she didn't have good relations with a shopkeeper she will not clean the front doad of that particular shop.
Please help us sir.
We will be highly obliged if you do so.

I chander prakash sharma r/o f-246 vikas puri, ward-20-s along with other residents of the block, most respectfully wants to bring in your notice that your employee ravi kumar chaudhary of horticulture department in ward 20-s is involved in illegal activities as he has deployed the large numbers of fruit and vegetable vendors in front of dda parks in the colony and illegally taking huge bribes from them, and used to misbehave with the local residents if anybody oppose his conduct.
Rwa and local resident is also going to file complaint against his corruption and professional misconduct.
Kindly look into the matter and take stern action against conduct and corruption of ravi kumar chaudhary.

I want to complain against the unruly behaviour of the parking staff in new friends colony community center, opposite mc donald's. I was taking my scotty ought @ 9:15 a. M., and that exact time, the parking staff had come for their shift, they demanded parking fees, to which i relied"you have just come right now, and you have not given any parking ticket as well."they told me, irrespective you have to pay the parking fees. And, if you have a problem, don't park here.

Could you please take action against the staff, for demanding money, without giving the receipt.

Kind greetings to you. I am a retired govt. Officer, resident of f-block sham nagar, near namdhari gurudwara, delhi-18 wants to inform you that service provided by sdmc to collect garbage at door is not fulfilling purpose as the man deputed to our locality does not collect garbage regularly. He visits alternate or after a week. The garbage collection van is very irregular and poses a great health hazaard. Even if it comes in the street, they would wait only for few seconds, and not give us the time to walk down from our buildings. Because of this, people are forced to throw the waste/garbage on the streets which is causing us health problems. When asked to collect the garbage bag kept near gate, the answer was very rude and uncivilized. I request the authorities to take appropriate action in this regard. Please look into the matter and kindly arrange for the matter properly so that we all will also get remedy fro this problem.

We are from raj nagar part -2, garbage vehicles in our area comes in daily basis stating a note; on sdmc duty; but whenever we throw our garbage, they ask for the money. This practice is done on a daily basis, the vehicle us followed by 2-3 ladies along with the driver on a daily basis. If someone throws the garbage in that mini truck and refuses to pay the money, they gang up at their houses for fights. Please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible, either the vehicle should not state “on sdmc duty” and if in case it is stated then we should not be charged the money. We do not ask them to come at out houses to pick the garbage, neither they come, they just come to collect the money. Hope it would be beneficial to write to you.

Aap se anurodh hai ki garbage ki van time par nhi ati,
Garbage ki van 3 se 4 din me ek bar hamare area me ati hai. Or thoda der bhi nhi rukti h. Kbhi ruk bhi to, wo bhi kude ke dher se bhari hui. Jisse ki ham kuda daal nhi pate, jisse ki kuda rakhe rakhe dher lag jata hai. Or usse bimari hone ka khatra hamesha bana rehta hai.
Agar wo van daily aye to itna kuda bhi nhi hoga. Aapse anurodh hai ki kude ki gaadi daily bhijwaye. Or thoda rukne ke liye bole.

Namaz offered by moulvi through loudspeakers from Matiala village near sector 4 dwarka is very loud and jarring. it is disturbing to residents living in Dwarka sector 4 near D P S school as the loudspeakers are directed towards housing societies .
As the prayers are said at odd hours (5 am, 6 am, 12 noon, 5 pm, 6 pm etc. it is disturbs sleep for office goers.
this is happening only for the past two months.
kindly advise the incharge of the mosque to change direction of the loud speakers and reduce the volume so that only the local people can hear it.

Team - i have visited the sdmc rajouri garden office last month 12th sep'19 for adding my daughter name in birth certificate. I have submitted all required documents in sdmc office. Its a almost 25 days now my daughter name is still not added in birth certificate. Need your urgent help to get this sorted out asap,

The road leading to my farm at 29c palam farms bijwasan is completely broken with potholes and impossible to use during the monsoons. There is heavy waterlogging leading to very unhygienic conditions and mosquito breeding in the area. No one can drive or walk on this road during the rainy season. No repairs have been done on this road since the last 10 years or more.
Please help!!

Garbage is dumped at road side at sector 4 rkpuram, near djb office behind ramjas school. No action has been taken since last 3 weeks. The garbage has been dumped by sdmc dumpers. The dirty silt/malba has been excavated from nearby drain and stacked near the above place which is near a worship place also. Mockery of swacch bharat abhiyan is made by prime agency sdmc itself that's why no body is taking any action to clean the malba and carry it to designated dumping ground. I have lodged many complaints to sdmc land line no. Also who promised to clean it within 24-48 hours, but all in vain. Please take early action to make the area neat and tidy otherwise people will make it permanent garbage dumping ground.

I'm a resident of rajpur extension, chhatarpur, near laxmi narayan mandir. There is a 5 storey building that has been illegal built. The sopta of the building has been flooding the streets for the last few days. Nothing is being done by the owner of the property. We have talked to the owner but he refuses to do anything.

Anyway the building has been built illegally next to an electrical transformer and the owner has been fined several times before for non disclosure of actual electrical usage. Every day there is short circuiting and sparking and several times the transformer has caught fire too.

Please help. Because of the dirty water accumulation on the roads, we are unable to move around and it has become a breeding site for the mosquitoes

This is regarding bad condition of streets in bulbulikhan area of old delhi from past 1 year, i request u to repair those streets otherwise there will be innumerable number of accidents.
Gutter reconstruction was done 1 year back but those people didn't complete the work of repair & left the place as it is,... Old delhi is a place for visitors, kindly look into this matter

Dear concern

I am residence of k-2 sangam vihar and would like to draw your kind attention towards the illegal encroachment in my street by the people living there in terms of putting their plastic water tanks of 1000ltr/500 ltr etc in front of their house which makes the way shrinked for pedestrian and even entering and exist of personal vehicle is not possible.

They are using the road area for their personal use and because of them we are facing serious issues on daily basis. You are requested to please take action on this and help to make the street road very much clear.

Is the sdmc parking charging flat rate at the hauz khas parking, as i went for dinner at nivedium (South indian returant) for 30 mins, the parking personal asked for 100 rupees for parking. After enquiring he said "it is flat parking rate of 100 rupees" and didn't gave me a slip.
The parking personal when enquired said this is flat and this is receipt only which states the time is the slip of parking and there is no further receipt of 100 rupees will be given to you.
