We are from raj nagar part -2, garbage vehicles in our area comes in daily basis stating a note; on sdmc duty; but whenever we throw our garbage, they ask for the money. This practice is done on a daily basis, the vehicle us followed by 2-3 ladies along with the driver on a daily basis. If someone throws the garbage in that mini truck and refuses to pay the money, they gang up at their houses for fights. Please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible, either the vehicle should not state “on sdmc duty” and if in case it is stated then we should not be charged the money. We do not ask them to come at out houses to pick the garbage, neither they come, they just come to collect the money. Hope it would be beneficial to write to you.

Aap se anurodh hai ki garbage ki van time par nhi ati,
Garbage ki van 3 se 4 din me ek bar hamare area me ati hai. Or thoda der bhi nhi rukti h. Kbhi ruk bhi to, wo bhi kude ke dher se bhari hui. Jisse ki ham kuda daal nhi pate, jisse ki kuda rakhe rakhe dher lag jata hai. Or usse bimari hone ka khatra hamesha bana rehta hai.
Agar wo van daily aye to itna kuda bhi nhi hoga. Aapse anurodh hai ki kude ki gaadi daily bhijwaye. Or thoda rukne ke liye bole.

Namaz offered by moulvi through loudspeakers from Matiala village near sector 4 dwarka is very loud and jarring. it is disturbing to residents living in Dwarka sector 4 near D P S school as the loudspeakers are directed towards housing societies .
As the prayers are said at odd hours (5 am, 6 am, 12 noon, 5 pm, 6 pm etc. it is disturbs sleep for office goers.
this is happening only for the past two months.
kindly advise the incharge of the mosque to change direction of the loud speakers and reduce the volume so that only the local people can hear it.

Team - i have visited the sdmc rajouri garden office last month 12th sep'19 for adding my daughter name in birth certificate. I have submitted all required documents in sdmc office. Its a almost 25 days now my daughter name is still not added in birth certificate. Need your urgent help to get this sorted out asap,

The road leading to my farm at 29c palam farms bijwasan is completely broken with potholes and impossible to use during the monsoons. There is heavy waterlogging leading to very unhygienic conditions and mosquito breeding in the area. No one can drive or walk on this road during the rainy season. No repairs have been done on this road since the last 10 years or more.
Please help!!

Garbage is dumped at road side at sector 4 rkpuram, near djb office behind ramjas school. No action has been taken since last 3 weeks. The garbage has been dumped by sdmc dumpers. The dirty silt/malba has been excavated from nearby drain and stacked near the above place which is near a worship place also. Mockery of swacch bharat abhiyan is made by prime agency sdmc itself that's why no body is taking any action to clean the malba and carry it to designated dumping ground. I have lodged many complaints to sdmc land line no. Also who promised to clean it within 24-48 hours, but all in vain. Please take early action to make the area neat and tidy otherwise people will make it permanent garbage dumping ground.

I'm a resident of rajpur extension, chhatarpur, near laxmi narayan mandir. There is a 5 storey building that has been illegal built. The sopta of the building has been flooding the streets for the last few days. Nothing is being done by the owner of the property. We have talked to the owner but he refuses to do anything.

Anyway the building has been built illegally next to an electrical transformer and the owner has been fined several times before for non disclosure of actual electrical usage. Every day there is short circuiting and sparking and several times the transformer has caught fire too.

Please help. Because of the dirty water accumulation on the roads, we are unable to move around and it has become a breeding site for the mosquitoes

This is regarding bad condition of streets in bulbulikhan area of old delhi from past 1 year, i request u to repair those streets otherwise there will be innumerable number of accidents.
Gutter reconstruction was done 1 year back but those people didn't complete the work of repair & left the place as it is,... Old delhi is a place for visitors, kindly look into this matter

Dear concern

I am residence of k-2 sangam vihar and would like to draw your kind attention towards the illegal encroachment in my street by the people living there in terms of putting their plastic water tanks of 1000ltr/500 ltr etc in front of their house which makes the way shrinked for pedestrian and even entering and exist of personal vehicle is not possible.

They are using the road area for their personal use and because of them we are facing serious issues on daily basis. You are requested to please take action on this and help to make the street road very much clear.

I have registered for the rfid tag. I want to change the recharge type from monthly to per trip but i am unable to do this. I have sent an email to [protected]@gmail.com but there is no response from that side. I have also requested to change the recharge type on the site of sdmc toll plaza. But there is no response from any side. Kindly look upon my problem and give the solution....

Is the sdmc parking charging flat rate at the hauz khas parking, as i went for dinner at nivedium (South indian returant) for 30 mins, the parking personal asked for 100 rupees for parking. After enquiring he said "it is flat parking rate of 100 rupees" and didn't gave me a slip.
The parking personal when enquired said this is flat and this is receipt only which states the time is the slip of parking and there is no further receipt of 100 rupees will be given to you.

Yesterday night the garbage was taken out from the main hole and put the same in front of main gate by the mcd officials. We are fed up with their working style. You must have to take care because of this we are facing inconvenience. No official still come to collect the garbage. It shows how irresponsible is the department. Our hon'ble prime minister has launched swatch bharat abhiyan and the deptt. Must have to cooperate. Hope for an immediate action and issuance the guidelines for future to the deptt.

The complaints are against the residents of the residential flat no. C-405, sarita vihar, new delhi-76, who have dumped lot of garbage on their front terrace of their residential flat, when my residential flat bearing no. C-406, sarita vihar new delhi is located immediately above their residential flat putting me and my family to a lot of health hazards and susceptible to the health hazards of dengue and malaria etc. This filthy garbage dumped on their terrace is there for the last more than five years. Nobody is bothered from the sdmc to get it removed and act against the defaulters for reasons best known to the field staff and other officials/ officers of the sdmc. It is to submit to your good self most humbly that i had about a two years back submitted complaints to you and to other higher officers of mcd, about a problem which severely affects the health and life of mine and my family due to dengue health hazard and its fear. But no body from your corporation has so for bothered to take any action in this matter which is so urgent and serious because of its pros and cons about my and my family’s health and life. The residents of this residential flat have refused to remove this garbage and filth from their terrace and are very arrogant people having no regards for civility and civic regulations for a decent living.
Kindly get this filth and dirt removed to save us from dengue and other health hazzard ptoblems. P. L. Khushu mob.[protected]

My neighbour plot is totally empty and become garbage house, as everyone throwing garbage in it. This plot is empty since 28 years. My house is facing many problems because of this empty plot. There is no way for drainage of rain water as all water collected in it and causing my house problem of wet wall. Due to garbage and water all insects and fly causing disease like dengue malaria. We talk with owner of the house but he is not responsing.. He is saying do whatever you want. At last i am complaing for this.
Please alteast empty this plot and make it clean and way for drainage.

A automobile work shop on j-202 dakshinpuri on the name of krishna automobiles in residential area. He encroached public pedestrian, complete road & make the pollution for run his business i want tell you that he open the shop in residence that is not legalized moreover sdmc has come many time and they didn’t take any action against them. I would like you to take strict action against them in j-202 dakshin puri new delhi-110062.

Some people come in area okhla phase one, street a 201 to a215,
To collect monthly parking charges.
They force owners to cough up parking charges on monthly basis only.
They come only once a month to collect the amount.
There is no attendant for parking area. Nobody stops heavy duty trucks, which are parked in area. They only visit monthly to collect charges.

On questioning, it is told that they are authorised to collect parking fees for whole of okhla phase one. They even show a map, in which all the lanes are marked.
Contract given to ms ms contractor, (Ac/rpc/sdmc/2019/d-1195 dated 12.3.2019), issued by ac, rp cell sdmc) does not clarify
A) area where he is supposed to charge for parking
B) services, he is expected to provide eg ensuring that paying vehicles get space for parking in front of their factories.

Dear sir,

I am pradeep kumar and i have a property at plot no. 36, gali no. 2, d-block, uggarsain park, shiv enclave, najafgarh, new delhi-110043. I have submitted many written requests regarding an unauthorized milk dairy attached to my property. But no action taken by them. There are approx 10-12 buffalow's and cows. They tie them on the road and in the evening, they are selling the milk on the road. Due to this we face so many problems. When we talk the owner of the dairy, they speak very rudely. It is really very difficult to live in such unhygienic conditions. This unhygienic environment may cause dengue, maleria etc. The copy of my complaints and the actual position of the location is attached for your reference.

Kindly take a necessary action against them
