Lights of park near my house are not working for last 2 months. Which means no one can use park after evening. Kids are not able to play, their whole summer vacation got over but still nothing has been resolved. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

Problem - they are charging extra amount for the monthly charges for 12 hrs of rs.2000/- whereas the charge should be rs.1500/-.
When you talk to them they are very furious and uses abuses languages. Please check the same with them and take a strict action. They try to threat you if you argue with them and all the staff of the contractor gets together and demand for the same.
They even has destroyed the parking charges board where all the charges are written.

I am a residence of Om vihar phase 5 where residence have kept cow illegally on road and many of them has died because of their ill treatment and becasue of this there are chances of spreading of diseases in the area.

I want to draw your attention towards illegally keeping of cows in our area, I have seen how they keep bringing new cow with their calf and keep them till the time either cow is dead or calf is dead. That person never feed a cow or it's calf and just left cow to fend for itself with in the area. People have complained to him to keep the cow in his home and feed them well instead of letting them roam in the area and eating garbage. He even throws their dung in the sewer which is causing jamming of sewer lines. Please take some action against this person he has already killed almost 5 cows and their calf.

I had paid rs 5098/-property tax through hdfc gateway on 26 june, 2019. The receipt for this payment have not been generated so far and not even available on sdmc website. After lodging a complaint under "grievances" on sdmc website on 27.06.2019 i received a massage that hdfc will contact me soon and my grievance will be redressed. 4 days have gone and no call has been received by me till date. My bank has confirmed that the said amount has been deducted from my account.

Dear sir,
As you know the current status o[censored]ttam nagar new delhi 110059 about its dirty and damaged roads, eg (Rajapuri road, pawanpuri road, som bazar road and so many others). The over crowd of e rickshaw also a headache of people. Living people cut the road for sewer or water connection without any permission and leave road as such, i don't know who give them permission and there is no any action on them for this.
Another thing people block the running road for their marriages, birthday parties etc also without any permission lead much problem to other people.
Actually the law and order is not maintained in uttam nagar. As never any action taken for these things. So many illegal constructions are going on without parking in ground floor like in som bazar road near bhadoria school. People construct their buildings beyond the limit.
Shopkeepers cover 30% of the road hindering the traffic in mangal bazar road, rajapuri road najafgarh road. Government made the huge wide road for the proper and smooth passage of the traffic but redi and shopkeeper covered these roads.
This is humble request to you to take appropriate action for above said points.

I have been residing in safdarjung enclave.
One lady in b-5 feeds stray dogs which has become a nightmare for the residents.
Today my daughter age 12 years was cycling suddenly the dogs started barking and chased her.
She lost her control and fell due to which she fractured her hand.

Will sdmc do something about this menace.
What should i do now
Kindly reply who is responsible for this

Varoius brown colour 5-6 dogs in biting of childern. Catch all these dogs and go to outer area and already com MCD comp no. 1002 but not response.

Plz see attached, this big vehilce is parked in the gali which is unauthorised and this has made life of passersby and neighbours like hell and when they are asked to not to park it in center of gali, they start querreling and fighting specially lady in their house and none o[censored]s could fight with a lady. We also got to know that they are tenants and their owners doesnt live here.

We also noted that they have reservered parking too in their building but for their easiness they park in center of gali.

Kindly look into the matter and help the residents live in peace.

This is regarding the SDMC parking at HAuz khaz village. I went there with a friend and we parked our car at sdmc parking where they gave us a parking receipt with our entry time on it. There were no parking charges mentioned on it. We came back after 1hr 24 min. We took our car and reached towards the exit point, there were 3 guys, out of which one them charged us 100rs.we asked him that there are no charges mentioned on this slip, tell us where are the parking charges mentioned. He said there is a board at the starting point regarding the parking charges. Then he asked us to give him the money and don't block the traffic. Just in order to avoid traffic we gave him the money.
But then we realized that it's a sdmc parking there is no chance that they could charge us 100 rs for 1 hr 24 mins. So we parked our car somewhere else we went back to that guy and asked him "bhaiya parking kitne ki hai pr hour .. He looked at me twice and said 20rs per hour I asked him then why did you charge us 100 rs just 5 minutes ago. He literally got scared, then started blaming the other guy.but the fact is that they all were a part of this fraud. I asked them to show me that board where it is written that sdmc charges are 100 rs (even i[censored] park for an hour or 8 hours)
That guy literally got up and was trying to hide. I literally yelled at him and told him that how can they charge us 100 rs for 1hr 24 min. Then they said '' madam humari machine khrab hai isliye paise jada dikha diye' which was a lie. I asked them to return my money and which they did and gave me the real ie: the actual parking receipt with all the information written on it including parking duration and charged money.
According to them everybody goes there to booze so they take advantage of that and ask for more money.
I even complained against them to the police officer who was standing at the police booth near to that sdmc parking. But the action, he took over this incident was disappointing.
Ps- those sdmc parking guy gave us fake parking receipt also.
I m hereby attaching both fake and real parking receipt.

On 7/6/2019 around 2 PM a heavy branch of Gulmohar tree from the parkside fell on its own outside on parked private vehicles that had close save.
MCD officials came on 10/6/2019 and removed only a portion of debris saying they would come to pick up rest later.
However, till today no one has turned up to clean the remaining debris that is making problem for us to park cars.
Moreover, the tree need a bit trimming as some of its branches are still hanging outside the park.
We shall appreciate if a quick action is taken in this direction.

This is to put in your notice that gutter (naala) cleaning people come and dump all the garbage in front of our houses. This is happening on regular basis and no one comes to clean that garbage. This is creating a very unhealthy and unhygienic environment. Already there is a BIG GARBAGE BIN in front of house which is also not cleaned, every time garbage is out of the garbage cabin.

Please take immediate action in cleaning of the garbage put from naala and also ensure that garbage is cleaned on daily basis so that there is no garbage out of garbage cabin.

Thanks for doing the needful at the earliest as it is difficult to live with this smell.
