Dear sir,

I would like to show my dissatisfaction towards to your employer miss geeta (Ward 68s) (Ward no.92 near krishan colony). She is very rude and abusive towards to everyone. She is not coming for clean the area on daily basis. Also she is unauthorise way to sending someone else for clean our area on behalf of her. I think who was clean the area he is below 18 as well. Also some time she is sending him his father for cleaning. I would like to share today incident where she has send her father for cleaning which is totally unprofessional. Her father abuse a lady when she requested him that don't leave this garbage in front of her house. Suddenly he started to abuse the lady and try to hit her with his broom. Somehow the lady son came out and stopped him. After some time he came back with his daughter geeta for fighting. Again all neighborhood stopped them to fight. I would request you to please take strict action against geeta. Otherwise i will take legal action against smcd

Same complaint i have shared with inspector rajinder. He was also looking helpless on said regards. I believe this complaint will help us to maintain the decorum of our area. I also suggest pls transfer miss. Geeta with immediate effect

This is to bring you that, there is zero maintenance of a particular road in our area jeewan nagar as the councellor is rejecting to take any actions, she refuses to maintain this particular side as she says that you don’t cote for us, our area incharge is darshana jaatav and the area is ashram near jeewan hospital, kindly take actions road is in a very poor condition and many accidents have taken place near gate no 5 of jeewan hospital. She is going against the orders and not making serious decisions

I am living in the d-481, indira kalyan vihar, okhla phase-1, new delhi-110020. The sanitation is very bad here. The gutter is blocked last 6 months here are not swept regularly. They are dirty with full of rubbish. The drainage water flows all over the street, especially during the rainy days. There are many pits on the road. They are filled with drainage water. Foul smell arises from it and it is a place for mosquitoes to breed. So, people are often affected by fever. The children are often affected by dengue, malaria, etc.

So, i request you to look into this matter seriously and improve the sanitation in this locality.

I reside in gali 5 neb sarai ignou road. The public road is being encroached by people. They keep their household animals who excrete on public road cauding residents problem to travel and live smoothly. Kindly take a genuine action against this public nuisance. It is breeding ground for mosquitoes and prone to mosquito diseases. Also, they have encroached road by keeping their household bags on public road

With due respect this is to inform you that waste dump/garbage has been lying behind dispensary adjacent to the wall in the absence of working hour of the dispensary by somebody since one week. The dump has become a mosquito breeder place and giving smell. This can lead to further infection in the area. Nobody from mcd has come to clear the dump.

Kindly look in to the matter urgently. This is for your kind information.

Kindly refer to the scheme of waiver of penalty and interest for those who go against the law.
This is really discriminatory and frustrationg for those who have paid their taxes regularly and followed the law. Whereas those who circumvent the law are in adntageous position.
Your scheme is an disincentive for law abiding citizens and encourages others to not follow the law, as they know, that some day the corporation will bring the scheme so they sit back relaxed despite not following law.
My property became due for property tax payment wef 2007, and for all these years i am paying the tax regularly well in time with 15 percent tax rebat.
Despite that due to some technical mistake, on account of area calculation, which was very minor, your department sent me notice in the year 2014, and charged hefty amount in the form of penalty as well as interest. Not only this i was made to forgo the 15 percent rebate also. Despite all key requests the concerned officer did not listen to my genuine request.
Moreover, it was your department which was at fault, as to why they did not inform me of any discrepancy in the calculation within the next year ie 2008.. Why it took them 7 years to point out the deficiency.
It is therefore requested to kindly refund the amount illegally charged from me, looking to the fact, that you have decided to waive the charges for those who who don't follow the law and person like me is at loss who is paying as per the law.

I aware you about that mcd sweeper mr satish who is working masjid road bhogal area are is demanding money from last 5 -6 month and i have denied for given money so he complaint to his officer mr lalit and he cut challan for kept cable drum out side front our gate
And we have regular doning clean our front area where we kept our electricity cable drum.
It is request to you kindly take action against this complaint and cancel my challan no-148178 /148177

I have visited yesterday at hazrat nizammudin railway station where i have parked my scooty and it is in sdmc authorized parking spot. Just want to tell you that they have charged me 20 rs at the minimum parking charges but when i get the computerized slip it says 10 rs per hour so why it is happening. It is your policy to charge 20 rs and show only 10 on the slip?
When i ask the thekedar he said pay 20 rs or park it somewhere else. Please take an strong action on this.

Second issue is this when i entering the railway station from sarai kalen khan side there is two small shops of tea at the stairs of station which i saw there. And i think you dont know about this because so much crowd at the outside station and they were selling tea in the crowd. Please remove them because no shops allowed into the station entrance i am strongly know that they were illegal. Please make our journey better not the worst.

I am hoping that you will take an strong action on this.

I along with my went to visit deer park at hauz khas. Just opposite the entry gate of deer park is a sdmc parking. On entry, i was asked to pay rs 100.
While exiting, i was asked to pay rs 20 for every hour. So, for about one and an half hour i spent there, i spent rs 140 on parking.
But than the high rates, what was disappointing was that the receipt given didnt mention the parking rates.
I asked for details of parking rates written anywhere. Its not there. On asking, the parking guy started abusing. Disappointing state of affairs

I'm writing with extreme disappointment here. The roads in my residential colony "palam" are in very bad shape. It takes me half an hour to reach home once i enter my colony for hardly 200 meters.

Over this, a few months ago, the street in front of my home was excavated due to some reason, the same is the state of other streets as well and these were never repaired.

I humbly request you to help us repair the streets for better connectivity.

There is no dustbin in the nearby areas of mahipalpur bypass. Due to this, there are lots of piles of garbage here and there on the roadside. The piles of garbage are leading to the spread of diseases like malaria, dengue etc. The bad order coming from the garbage is also creating problems for the passerby. Recently an underpass and a flyover have been inaugurated in the area and this would lead to an increase in the vehicles and would further accelerate the problem of garbage.

With every car entering the parking, a charge of rs. 100 is levied per car, that is taken at the time of entrance itself. When i asked the person sitting there for a receipt, he said it is levied on the weekends and also denied the bill and said bill will be generated at the time of exit and an additional charge of rs. 20 per hour will also be levied. At the time of exit i was asked for rs. 40 for parking for 2 hours. However, when i once again asked for a receipt, the same was denied again and the person started getting aggressive saying they don't provide bills and receipts. What kind of a parking mafia and money extortion is this? Please clarify is there a regulation of such sort because i can't seem to find any such thing on the internet or on the mcd or sdmc website.

Sir/mam i am a local resident of govindpuri. Near my house there are several car dealers named as 1-jai ambey, 2-super motors, 3-jawa car bazar market and vikram motors they captured the whole road by their cars at maa anadmayi marg near govind puri police station. Tariff police informed these dealers before coming to the area everything is done under the knowledge of govindpuri police station, tariffc police and mcd location - maa anadmayi...

I am a resident of 583 pocket -1 paschim puri. The whole sewer line has been blocked since years now! Due to which there are many mosquitos and other insects in our area. I recently saw that you guys were cleaning the sewer line of pocket -3 and pocket -2 with the help of big trucks i request to kindly get the sewer line of paschim puri pocket -1 cleaned. The whole sewer is blocked! And sewer is overflowing.

Hello sir,
Im living in bharat sanchar nigam limited colony situated in janakpuri west a2a block in flat no. 33 type 1.
Their is no proper cleaning of waste in our colony. The waste is not clean on daily basis and the dogs are in huge quantity in our colony. They make the garbage out from garbage bins and dispersed on streets our colony.
The standards of cleaning is very poor. The garbage van is not coming inside the colony and the sweeper is very lazy not coming daily and always denies to clean the streets and argue and blackmail us that what we can do if he didn't do cleaning.
My kindly request to the municipal to take the proper action against the sweeper or replace him from the colony and the area and the cleaning van come on daily basis and the new sweeper allot in the considerable area.
Also the dogs are in huge quantity in the colony. Around 30-40 dogs are there and they make very disturbing environment for living.

We are the residents of m-45, street no.4, new mahavir nagar, delhi-110018. And facing lot of challanges due to the construciton of the adjoining building m-46 which is illegally being constructed. They have created an illegal water out let infront of our house which is the cause of lot of problems like.
