The addition/alteration file submitted in sdmc of saket. Its been over a month and the file is still with j. E.
How much time does it take to get the file approved?
What is the further process for the approval?
Sdmc office has given the file to je and its with him for last two weeks and no further information has been given to us.
If i could get a reply soon.

I am resident of sainik nagar, uttam nagar. All the drains are blocked here creating severe situations. Requested to take urgent step in this regard. This area is adjacent to nawada metro station. The blockage of drains has become a home for the mosquitos, and is affecting the foundation of the houses here. The mcd counciler of this area is mr. Ramesh matiyala.
Hope to get immediate relief.

National Dairy Development Board is construction a larger Mother Dairy Booth No.110 adjoining Block A1, D.D.A Munirka, New Delhi..110067.The construction is not on the site allotted nor is the size sanctioned.Both the ills causes inconvenience to the residents of Block A 1 of D.D.A. Flats.
The site allotted is totally different and far from the location where the construction is being made.

Dear sir,
This is to inform you that we (20 families) had bought the flats in b-56a, gali no. 13, guru harkishan nagar, matiala extension, new delhi - 110059 from builder called "prem homes" at kiran garden, matiala road.in our registry paper it is mentioned that we have complete parking in stilt area however in a single builder has covered the 40 percent area to build the bacha flat. Now we don't have space to park our vehicle for all flat owners and now builder threaten all family members to complete the illegal flats. On 11.02.2019 builder comes with 25-30 local gundas and broken all the cameras, cut all wires of camera, hitting ladies, children since all mens of flats were in their working places. Now all flat owners are in panic situation and everybody is afraid what will happen the next.

Hence kindly request you to help us to stop this illegal construction so that all families can use this space freely since all have paid the amount to the builder for this space.

We are park vehicle out of the parking and waiting for our guest for just two minutes bus your staff member come out of the parking and give parking charges bill but we are out of the parking we say them but he ignored us and start abusing us and he said i will beat you so out request please take hard action against them

This is affecting right to life of every individual of the locality and passer-by. Please clean it as soon as possible.

In front of our building situated in mahavir enclave gali no 2a plot no rz-f-1/320a & 320 for the purpose of making a drain sdmc contractor digging and break our entry of building from last 10 days. But unfortunately no work was happen after digging from last 10 days which cause inconvenience to going in & out for all personal specially our child and aged people from building and safety concern of those people also. Our car also block in our parking from last 10 days due to breaking of entry of building which cause major safety concern because in case of any emargency we are unable to use our car. Photo attached which are self explanatory. Please do needful asap.

Our neighbouring flat g-78 sarita vihar has been recently acquired by someone and handed over to a contractor.
They are making too much expansion all unauthorised. Also creating hinderance to cross ventilation in common stairs.
We contacted the local police also but they are helpless citing that this comes in the jurisdiction of mcd.
Please inspect and take action against the owner and contractor

Hoping this email finds you in good health.

Sir, my humble request to you is to please advise when drainage closure work would be started back for tilak nagar / subhash nagar. The work was under process 2 years back but it was stopped in between and now situation is worst the work has been stopped and as per localities information, it is stopped due to illegal colony possession at other side of drainage i. E. 80 garj or a court case pending at any of the courts.

Sir, i can understand your limitations too but trust me residents of tilak nagar (Sant nagar / ram nagar / 12 block etc) are main sufferers & really seek your kind attention over this matter. Your immediate attention & expedite in this case will really be helpful to all o[censored]s.

I am sure you must be aware of facts but let me share with you that maximum people staying at authorized colony at this end is suffering health problems badly due to drainage bad smell every day. Just for your information residences which are facing this problem are around 10, 000 homes and you can understand from the number of people effected the big this problem would be.

I am sure in coming months with rain fall this situation will worst even more & you may hear more health related sufferings like dengu / malaria / typhoid etc. So humbly request you to please start proceeding with completion of drainage work asap.

We have full faith in your ability hence looking forward to receive your positive response asap.

My neighbour is building house on plot e 11/11. The property is to have a driveway on one side, while the other side is to have a joint wall with the neighbouring house. However the property e 11/13 is being built with no driveway and the wall is being constructed adjacent to my driveway. This will block light and air entry to my house. You are requested to get this corrected

Dear sir,

We, the residents of rajouri garden are trying hard to bring to your kind notice the hassles and problems being faced by us (The public), due to the nuisance of advertisement hoardings which are sometimes indiscriminately placed on the middle of the roads. It is also not known whether permission for installation of such hoardings has been taken from the appropriate authorities or whether they deliberately give a short shrift to such irregularities being committed by the perpetrators.

In this context, it may be worthwhile to mention that we, the residents, are already facing heavy congestion due to narrowing down of the lanes by street vendors carts and further by unauthorised parking and further encroachment by these giant advertising poles now. All this makes it very difficult not only for the common public and us the residents of j - block of rajouri garden to enter their residence as also for fire tender / ambulance, police vehicles etc., during any emergency situations that may rise.

Not only these giant advertising poles are very unsafe for the walking public and may fall during bad weather accompanied with thunderstorm etc. And may lead to serious injuries or fatal incidents. The contractor/ sub-contractor who is installing these advertising poles do the construction work during midnight which is not only an absolute nuisance but also disturb the sleep. If anyone from the area especially the local residents of j-block request them not to resort to such illegal activities or otherwise show the approval /allotment letter from concern govt. Authority as to the particular spot of installation, size/dimensions of ad poles etc., he / she is rather humiliated, abused, threatened by the contractor/subcontractor going by the name of mr. Vikas sehgal accompanied by his goonda elements. Even the ladies are not sometimes spared as all of them are generally overdrunk and use abusive languages.

You are aware of the fact the j-block residents are law abiding citizens and are highly educated professionals working with various government bodies / institutions and in multi-national companies. It is, therefore, highly unpalatable or even to tolerate if the said contractor / sub-contractor tries to threaten, misbehave or defame our local residents and their family members in any form whatsoever may be.

Needless to mention that all local governmental authorities whether the mcd, djb, bses or even west delhi police are always cordial and cooperative with the local residents of rajouri garden j - block and as and when we the rwa approach them with our grievances or request them for any help, they are always supportive and stand by us in resolving such matters with mutual consent.

In view of above, we the residents of j - block rajouri garden appeal to you to kindly intervene in the matter and see that the menace being faced by us is brought to an end. We earnestly request you to have the advertisement hoarding in question is removed. We request to have this hoarding uprooted, keeping in mind the public safety and the inconvenience caused to public and also so as to avoid obstruction for the smooth flow of any emergency vehicles (When any help is required by the public) (The hoarding in question has been recently installed in the middle of the road (Next to toilet) and in the residential portion of j – block).

We request you to issue an official stern warning to the local contractor / sub-contractor named as mr. Vikas sehgal and his team to restrain from doing such illegal activities in the residential portion in any form and must respect the sentiments of the local residents and the public of j - block rajouri garden.

We send this complaint to your office, keeping in mind the inconveniences faced by the residents of j - block, rajouri garden and the safety aspect of the general public.

We thank you and anticipate an early action from your office, in the interest of public.

I alongwith my family (Total 6 members) reside near hanuman mandir in srinagar colony (Adjascet to shakurpur village) area. Residential address is 615 b, ground floor, srinagar gali no. 1, near hanuman mandir, delhi-110034. Landmark : globus honda showroom, rani bagh, near ram mandir, on main road between britannia chowk to rani bagh.

A # (Female dog) has bitten to many people including my 70 year old mother.in the afternoon of the day before yesterday i. E. On 21.01.2019 when my mother was entering home the # came from behind and she bit my mother's left leg at 4 different places. To the best of my knowledge more than 5 people have become victims of her bite. The stray # is still there in our lane. Many other people passing through the lane have hazard to their lives from the #.

Kindly do something regarding the above complaint, save other people from the # and other stray dogs occurring in our area. We all will be grateful to you! Please do the needful, urgently, it is a humble request to you! Thank you!

We want to know the answers to some questions, please try to answer these questions.

1.in addition to the rest of the streets, why the construction of this street road, drain was stopped?

2. Does not this construction work of the street be given to the contractor?

3. The amount of construction work of this street was not given to the contractor?

4. The water of the drains has come to the streets. The danger of mosquitoes like mosquito and chikungunya has increased, who will be responsible for it?

5. Children's examination is near, who is responsible for the risk of diseases due to mosquitoes growing in drains water?

Note: - our respected ashok saini (Nigam paarshad ward 124) was told about this problem but they did not pay attention to the problem

I would like to bring to your notice that the subway which connects capt gaur marg to vinobhapuri metro station is not being properly looked after i. E cleanliness and also there is a security issue as well a few days back i was returning from the metro station in the evening and saw to people taking drugs in the subway and sight of empty liqour bottles are common there i reported the matter to cisf and metro staff the next day but was told that subway comes under sdmcd sir i request you on behalf of delhi citizens to plz take this matter seriosly before a mishap takes place as these addicts are often armed with knives etc no cctv cameras are installed there also. Request you to do the needful at the earliest

Dear team,

I am a resident of d-block lajpat nagar-1, new delhi-110024.
Right outside my house, whether front main lane or back lane, there are over 25 stray dogs which are dangerous and are big threat to our health and even life.

The dogs have already bitten over 20 people in just few months which include our immediate neighbors, maids and others. Even my own father was bitten last year by one of these dogs. The bites are not just bites, one of my neighbor lost a big chunk of flesh from her leg because of dog bite.

Early morning, these dogs rest on the top of our cars which are parked right outside our houses. Every morning, before taking my 6 year old daughter to school, i make sure that i scare the dog away by sprinkling water over it from a safe distance.

We, people of d-block are afraid of sending our kids to the park which is right outside our houses because of the dog threat.

Nights are also sleepless as these dogs bark all night long endlessly.

It seems we reside in a jungle and not in a city.

It's a humble request to the concerned department to please register my complaint on behalf of all the people of d-block and take the necessary actions.

This is regarding the hauz khas parking charges. As per the sdmc site, the parking authority is not authorized to take more that rs 100 for parking yet, these people take 20rs per hour. Which makes parking for 6hrs 120rs, i. E above the set parking charges. On arguing they will either use very bad language or else they'll behave very inappropriately....

I am residing at nz-806 a rajnagar-1 ganga chowk palam colony new delhi.

My neighbour mr. Bk gupta house no - 686 gali no-6, ganga chowk, rajnagar-1 palam colony has constructed their house without approving a map and covered their balcony area in to carpet area. That effects ventilation in my house. And covered my house balcony area.

So please take necessary action on that as soon as possible.

Mr. Suraj mal also admit in the petition and affidavit in delhi hight court dated 10.01.2019 that his property bearing no. E-72 jawahar park, khanpur delhi-110080, he made 120 sq yds. Property lentered only on 4.5" wall without any ground support any colum and not any beam. He don't want to support his property side walls from his neighbour.
Due the that is very clear his property in a danger condition, can be fall down at any time presently or future. It is more risky to mr. Suraj mal family and visitors who come and go in the street.
It is hereby request you to may kindly be visit and inspect the said property and declare as danger property and pass an order to demoli it immediately to save the life of mr. Surajmal and his family as well as neighbour and local residents in the said area.

Our 5/132, Subhash Nagar, Backside is not maintained after doing sewer and water pipeline work.It is very difficult to walk on that street.We are facing many problems.Sometimes aged people fall also.Due to this nobody able to park their own car near their home also.Its a request from our neighbour side also to get it repair as early as possible .Aged people, pregnant ladies, kids, street animals etc .. everyone is facing problems here .Additionally, Government garbage is also not coming inside the lane . There is mess here .people also throwing garbage on the broken road .so keep your action ready and make our lane in a proper manner . Now . We got one steer light also, earlier there was no street also .
