A consolidated cheque of the pay of the officers and staff of property tax office, najafgarh zone was deposited in the corpn. Bank, najafgarh, new delhi vide cheque no.135081 dated 31.07.2017 on 01.08.2017 for posting in the individual account of officer and staff. But upto 6.00 pm of 2nd aug, 2017 the same has not been done by your aforesaid branch. After querying over telephone they have not given any satisfactory answer. As you know all the monthly expenditure of govt. Employee depend upon monthly salary. This is being done by this branch in past also.
In view of the above facts, it is requested to call for the responsible officer of this branch for non posting of monthly pay in the individual account and stringent action may please be taken against him.

Hi,

I am a resident of 17 block subhash nagar, new delhi 110027. I would like to complaint against one of my neighborhood (17/85) who placed their water tank at second floor on a semi damaged wooden structure in the lane between 17/85 and 17/86 which seems very dangerous. It may fall anytime which can cause serious injury or loss of life.

Futher, dirty water falls continuously from the tank 24 hours a day which also cause problem to the residents while passing the lane. Since the water falls all the day, it become breeding ground for filth and mosquitoes. An epidemic may cause anytime due to this serious problem.

Hence, you are requested to please take an immediate action against the culprits & punish them for the violation of laws and disturbing the civilians.

This is to bring to your notice the unbearable unhygienic state of back lane and road at the back of houses e188-e180, kalkaji, new delhi. Despite repeated complaints at mcd office kalkaji and residents welfare association no action has been taken to clean these areas. Request you to kindly look into sanitation of the same asap so that diseases like dengue and chikengunea can be prevented.

We are the residential of mata mandir road, block-p, (Behind durga park mcd community hall) dayal park, sagarpur west, new delhi-46, let me draw your attention to the unhygienic condition prevailing by the buffaloes in stable, which need the immediate attention of the municipality.
The cow dung of buffaloes in the stable, have made life very miserable for the residents. Smell of cow dung remains full to capacity. They are not cleared for months. The cowdung of buffaloes have become a breeding place for flies and mosquitoes. An epidemic is expected any moment due to the unhygienic conditions here.
If immediate steps are not taken to remove that stable, the life of the residents will be in danger.
As challan had been issued in this regards on august 2015 by mcd nothing has been happened.
Kindly take necessary steps to improve the situation of mata mandir road, block-p,

1. Compromised securiy for senior citizens and ladies living on the ground floor
2. Water shortage for the residents
3. The water motor getting spoilt due to overload (Has to be used multiple times in the day)
4. Harm to personal property of residents (The office employee use car bonnets to keep tea / coffee mugs, flick cigarette ash etc)
5. Unnecessary noise and people movement
6. Limited parking space being used for their vehicles causing great inconvenience

Please take immediate action to close this office.

This is in ref to an empty plot e 23 green park main which in rainy season becomes a jungle full of wild plants and trees resulting into rats and mongoose coming in to our houses next door.

This is a serious issue and affects the health of our children and family members.

Request you to send some team and get medicine put to eradicate this serious issue.

This needs immediate action as chickenguinea and dengue are also in high stake these days.

In kailash colony, in front of house no. L-17, l-18 and l-19, when it rains, water logging happens. After water has receded, lot of soil is left there which is now rotting and giving very foul smell. Moreover, it is a mosquito breeding place now due to water pools between the malba. Needs immediate cleaning and removal of malba / soil deposited there.

Please note while entering on matiyala the road condition is not good its broken and an empty plot has been made a dumping place, everybody comes and dumps the garbage there now which in lying on the road too. No mcd van comes to clean that area, no proper cleanliness maintained due to which the roads are dirty and filthy. Now the elections are over plz do something good for the citizen.. You should not let the people live in the dirt.

I m the resident of kalkaji (South delhi)
Few months back the work of reconstruction of courtyard of j-2 block was started by the workers of municipal corporation. But they left it incomplete. Now the place has become the breeding ground for mosquitoes and rodents. As it is rainy season, the situation is getting worse day by day.

So, it is my humble request to the department concerned, to please look into the matter asap.

I would like to bring to your kind attention on the problem which the residents of munirka dda flats (Ba block) are facing. Sir, there are so many street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to step out from our houses especially at night. Lot of people have been bitten and these dogs are constantly attacking small kids
Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and attack people and kids. A lady residing in the locality (Ba street) hides the dogs inside our house whenever the dog catchers come to the locality. Lot of complaints have been logged by others as well but no developemnet has happened
So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon. Please understand small kids are at high risk. My son was yesterday surrounded by 7-8 dogs last night and just managed to run away with minor scratches.

Dear sir/madam,

We the residents of c2c pocket 12 janak puri, wanted to reach out to you to put in your kind notice that a public toilet/urinals is being constructed in front of kendriya vidyalaya c2c block adjacent to c2c pocket 12 and c2a pocket 15. This will indeed create nuisance and emit foul smell profusely, which in turn effects the life of residents of both blocks and students studying in school.

It is noted that this highly populated area and construction of this toilet is within the 50 meters of vicinity of both blocks and school. Since there are girl students studying in kendriya vidyalaya in both morning and evening shift, this toilet will call for eve-teasing and other anti-social elements to be active; which directly contradicts with governments manifesto of women's safety first.

Further, we have proposed an alternate site on the other side of school (Towards open area in c2 block) to superintendent engineer (Se) and executive engineer (Ee) along with photographs. We have also lodged a compliant at sdmc office, rajouri garden and the registered diary number for same is: 1920/ee m iii on 13/07/2017. The complaint was also endorsed and signed by families of both c2c pocket 12 and c2a pocket 15 block.

Despite repeated request from residents of both blocks, the construction work has not stopped and it has gone deaf ears.

We sincerely hope and request you to kindly intervene in this matter and stop construction work on urgent basis so that timely action can be taken to avoid future pitfalls as mentioned above.

With due respect, i am to say that i am praveen kumar, resident of j-4/19, first floor, khirki extension, malviya nagar, new delhi. 1st, 2nd and 3rd flat occupants of our building were issued summons to attend the court of shri rajendra prasad, special metropolitan magistrate due to blockage and overflowing of drain in front of our building. The drain was got cleared on 02.07.17 for spending an amount of rs. 2500/- before attending the court. However, i and shri mehra attended the court on 05.07.17. The magistrate heard our plight and whichever fine was imposed on us, we paid. There are 4 flats in this building and one family is living on the roof top. Third floor and roof top families have not paid their drain cleaning money rs 500/- each (Total rs. 1000/-)
It appears that this drain is again blocked for which i have got the complaint no. 1539 registered on 13.07.17 at about 09:25 am with mcd. M. C. D staff can come at any time to check this drain. It is therefore requested that our drain may kindly be checked immediately and tell us defect so that it could be removed

Dear sir,

Every morning, there is a large bunch of garbage in front of my shop in nehru place. I already told your sdmc worker to clean it, but he refused.
Afterwards, he also said that this garbage will be here forever. Do complain to anyone you want, he don't care at all.

It was from last fifteen (15) day's the man was setting the garbage in front of our shop. It is very smelly and unhealthy in front of shop. The garbage last all day long.

I had also paid my property taxes upto date. What benefits i am getting i don't understand.

Nehru place is such a prominent commercial hub of south delhi, still this is very embarrassing.
Please take care of all this matter.

The residents of wz-6, om vihar, phase 4, uttam nagar, new delhi 110059 has connected their unauthorised soil waste connection in strom water sewer of sdmc in ward no. 21s, and sewage line in not live hance we feel in a couple of days this line will be filled and soil waste will overflow in street. It will couse unhygienic condition to all residents of street. Further it may cause residents of colony to be caught by serious health issue heare all residents of street enable you to strict action.

This is to bring that eco green bins constructed along the boundary wall of government sr. Sec. Boys school & government sr. Sec. Girls school, raj nagar, on old meherauli road, palam colony, new delhi110077 are being used as garbage instead of putting leaves.
More over the salvage of building which was dismantled before mcd election is still lying there and no one from concerned authority have picked till date and used for urinating.in case of not keeping the cleanness the epidemic may broke during rainy season. From main garbage khatha cleanness up to 100yards of roads is not cleared as per the provision of mcd norms
Secondly cars are parked along the boundary wall of school from deep parmarth school to govt: high school which narrow the movement of traffic. Sometime in night one can find drinking and quarrels.
The concerned authorities to take care

The hauz khas main market multilevel basement parking exit gate does not open before 10-10:30 AM. It is such a nuisance. Everyday we have to request them to open the gates and wait at the exit gate in the morning, even the staircase exits are not open. Today morning(i.e. 4th July 2017) when again the gates were not open I had to walk all the way to the entry gate to exit the parking lot, I asked the person why isn't the gate open, So he said the gates won't open before 10. On asking show me that where is it written. His words were 'I make the rules so gates won't open before 10AM'. It has been a problem for more than 6 months now since the time the supervisor was changed. Earlier the gates used to be open at 9. The person incharge a month back told me that the workers don't come on time and there is a shortage of workforce. If you walk up the exit stairs there is so much garbage and cigarette buds all over that it feels like vomiting. Even the ramp have bird [censored] all over the place which is very unhygienic. The Basement is not cleaned regularly. There are stray dogs roaming all over the place which sometimes sit on the car also. And there is no security guard sitting in the basement. So anything can happen there. Safety is a big concern and these people just to save on money don't hire enough workforce and guards to take care of the cars and people in the basement.

I want to complain about the parking gates not being open before 10am as the contractor says he doesn't have man power. I pay 100 rs everyday to park in the basement parking and then i have to for no reason walk out from the entry gate because of the mismanagement and cost cutting for not hiring enough people by the company incharge of the parking. When asked to show the rule book that says that the exit gate has to be kept closed till 10am, he says i make the rules and there is no rule book. Even the parking doesn't get cleaned. There is bird [censored] everywhere which is so unhygienic, there is no guard in the basement and anything can happen down there, there are dogs roaming around in the basement parking cause the officials are just concerned with the collection of the money and they don't care about the safety of the people. They have put up posters saying women and children and old people should get down at the entry gate but what if a woman has to park the car she drives? There should be some security guard sitting downstairs. Many times before the lights of the parking were out and it was pitch dark, when asked the officials would say sir please manage as the workforce is not in on time. I don't know how these guys are let to function and make it miserable for the consumer paying them.

Hi, i am a resident of Paryavaran Complex, Ignou Road Saket 110030. I started stating here around in November and from then i have witnessed one MCD election pass by. When it was the time to get votes, they used to roam our roads thrice a day shouting slogans and everything. They had become a nuisance and headache.

Once the elections have got over, i have not seen them breathing somewhere around. The whole area of paryavaran complex had very bad half broken roads. Even if someone pours a bucket of water, water logging has crepts in and the whole place becomes muddy making it difficult to walk. The roads are in such bad conditions that manholes cave in on their own increasing the risk of accidents.

Please look into this matter asap and get the road repair work done.
