Dear sir,


I am nitin, i have submitted my passport application on 20-may-2016.. All the thing is done like (Police verification and document submitted)...
On 24-july2016 i visited again passport head (Office r k puram) and they told me that we will send verification for birth certificate, i fill up a form for that and submitted on same date..

On after 17-aug-2016 i again visited to confirm the status. Passport oficers told me that they have sent that verification form to west zone (Sdmc office) by hand but your west zone still not replyed us. Go and ask from them

Today i visit my west zone office i show my documents in sdmc office then they checked their register but they didnt received my application and they told me passport office never send verification form by hand they always currier us..

I am totaly disappointed. Sir its my humble request please check where my application lost because both of office saying its not our fault.

We are the resident of b-214 khanpur new delhi-62 facing a problem due to pet dog of shri kishore lal mehra resident of a-18, yamuna appartment, holy chowk, devli. It is difficult to say that their dog is pet dog and his dog bite many people including my son (On 15.08.2016) and last day bite my cousin brother also. It is serious problem but the owner of the said dog is careless or may be rigid. Several time several people have complained them but no effect no action. Please send the dog squad team...

We are not getting justice from sdmc (mcd-south delhi) from past 3 months despite writing emails to the commissioner sdmc for rampant illegal constructions in govindpuri, kalkaji area. this building having 8 flats spread across 4 floors is having major construction issues like regular seepage, 4 floors without railing in stairs and now addition of 5th floor (only 4 floors are allowed in delhi) and creating illegal shop in the ground floor. all this has been possible by paying bribes to sdmc officials. this building will crash down if corrective action is not taken. there are around 30 people living in this building all the time.

I have written at least 5-6 emails to various departments of sdmc but they are just turning a blind eye for the complaints and this guy has already completed one additional floor, shifted all the water tanks to 6th floor for all the residents of the building, without taking any permissions from them and stopped officials from taking action against him by bribing them well!!

Even after writing to highest possible authority in sdmc, there is no action in past 4 months and the alleged person has already created the additional floor. the sdmc people have replied that they can't see any construction happening which is a total false claim.

To the sdmc commissioner / official,

We were in bhikaji cama place since last 8 years. all the parking here in the complex is with dda, & dda allot the parking to 1 contractor where that contractor had given contracts to multiple contractors.

For car parking as per the contract is rs 10 per entry but this is completely not followed. they are charging from (rs 20 per hours), (rs 100 for 10 hours) & (rs 2000 per months.) the informative display on boards of dda have been tampered and these parking contractors force their rates on to the public.

Also its not cleared that this parking is under the dda or sdmc as on board its mention sdmc so 1st of all can u clarify the same its come under the dda or sdmc

If someone resist, they simply refuse to allow for parking space or miss behave harshly. even delhi police is friendly with them and don’t interfere in the matter. virtually, they are looting people like us daily. if we object, they threat to not allow us to enter our vehicle in the parking of damage the vehicle.

There is no maintenance of the parking lots, and not safe for women to enter these underground parking lots.

We request that dda must organize audit drives and catch such evidenced and cancel the parking contracts.

I don’t know where all this extra money goes...

It has become very difficult for us to manage further. pls display what is the actual rates of parking... properly

I would humbly request to kindly do the needful to avoid such exploitation.

iam residing in ayanagar phase 5 new delhi, the main market road (sunday market ) of ayanagar is totally drowned with drainage water . nallas are overflowing though its is a life line of ayanagar and it is very difficult to commute through that road as water is filled upto knee . and it is stinking . Its water has now started coming into the houses nearby . i humbly request you to please do something as life has become miserable though it is an unauthorised colony but people living in such colonies are no less human than people living in GK or other reputed colonies ., as article 21 of the constitution of india gives us right to live in a healthy and clean environment and it does not discriminate citizen according to its residing place, this right has been given to all the citizen of the country

I want to bring in your notice that we are having problems with the stray dogs (More then 20 dogs) in our street in, near, c 201 subhash gali nanak chand basti kotla mubarakpur new delhi, 110003 (In nanak chand basti). They make all road dirty, there are lot of stray dogs which troubles the locals, they keep attacking on the locals specially small children,. They have bitten more than 10 people in recent days. Children are more prone to them. They even keep barking through out the night resulting in lack of sleep to us. Please help!!. Hope u will do the needful

I received notice number sdmc/a&c/sz/rkp/2016/18815 dated 19.3.2016 from the dy./asstt. Assessor and collector, assessment and collection department, south delhi municipal corporation, in respect of flat number b-8/6117 vasant kunj, new delhi 110070, informing me that a sum of rs. 1, 68, 015 as on 31.03.2004 and interest @1% per month is due on account of property tax on this property, and asking me to deposit the amount within 30 day.
I had taken the possession of the above property from dda on june 20th, 2003 only and paid property tax of rs. 3773 on september 14, 2004. I have been paying all property tax every year since then, and no dues have ever been shown to my account. I have submitted copies of all relevant documents and have been writing to them again and again, but they do not even look into the issue and the facts but just send a same letter again.

As per a recent notice given by sdmc it was announced that all malls and hospitals in south delhi will have free parking. I was forced to pay parking fees at dlf place mall saket. This act of mall authorities was in violation of mcd order. But today itself on 13th may 2016 i was forced to pay parking fee by their officials. I am feeling cheating and harrassed. Kindly redress the complaint.

महोदय,
निवेदन यह है कि हौली चौक पार्क उत्तम नगर वार्ड न0-121 में एम सी डी कर्मचारीयों की मिली भगत से अवैध रुप से लगतार शादियों व अन्य कार्यक्रमों के टैंटों को लगया जाता है और वो भी बिना किसी अनुमति के, और यह सारा का सारा खेल टैंट माफियाऔं और एम सी डी कर्मचारियों कि मिली भगत से करवाया हो रहा हे और ऐसा एम सी डी के हॉर्टीकल्चर विभाग के डीप्टी डरेक्टर तथा अन्य कर्मचारियों की मदद से किया जाता है क्योकि बहुत बार इस संबध में शिकायत भी कि जा चुकी फिर भी विभाग कोई कार्यवाही नहीं करता दिखावे मात्र को किसी किसी की पेन्लटी स्लीप काट दी जाती है वो भी किसी एक की जबकि एक बार में तीन से पांच शदियां भी होती है लाखों रुपयों की कमाई केवल मिलीभगत से खुले आम हो रही है उसका सीधा – सीधा कारण शिकायतों पर कार्यवाही का न किया जाना है वही दुसरी और बुध बाजार भी पार्क के बीचों बीच प्रत्येक बुधवार को लगाया जाता है जिसने पार्क को एक गंदगी का ढेर बाना कर रख दिया है और एम सी डी कर्मचारियों की कमाई का साधन बना हुआ है और पूरे पार्क को पार्किंग बना कर रख दिया है sवही पार्क गंदगी का ढेर होता जा रहा है बच्चे खेल नहीं सकते क्योंकी जहा तहा गंदगी के ढेर लगे रहते है एम सी डी के अधिकारियों सहित क्षैत्रिय पुलिस थाने में भी इस संबध मे कई बार शिकायत की जा चुकी है लेकिन कोई कार्यवाही नहीं होती, इसका हमे तो एक ही सीधा कारण नजर आता है की कही न कही इन अधिकारियों की टैंट और बाजार माफियॉ से मिली भगत है ( पार्क की गंदगी जिससे क्षैत्र की जनता त्रस्त है कही न कही हमारे माननिय प्रधानमंत्री के स्वच्छ भारत अभियान को चोट कर रही है)
और सबसे बडी बात गोर करने यहा यह है कि उपरोक्त पार्क को शादी हेतु बुक नहीं किया जा सकता क्योकि ये एक सैनेटी लैण्ड फिल्ड इसके बवजूद यह सब चल रहा है और लाखों की लूट की जा रही है
आपसे निवेदन है कि इस संबध में जांच की जाये और दोषी अधिकारियों पर कार्यवाही की जायें
शिकायत करने वालों की जानकारी अधिकारियों द्ववारा क्षैत्रियें लोगो के साथ-साथ टैंट माफिया को दे दी जाती है जिससे वह शिकायत कर्ता पर दबाव बना कर शिकायत वापीस करने को मजबूर कर देते है अत आपसे अनुरोध है कि हमारे नाम व पत्ते को गुप्त रखा जायें।

Dear Sir

It is very unfortunate that Horticulture department of SDMCD ( Chodhuary ) with the help of self claimed president of illegal/unregistered RWA namely SH. Rakesh Bhardwaj R/O 18-D, MIG FLATS, Sheikh Sarai Pase-I, New Delhi-17 has brutally killed many trees of the colony and thick branches & logs of the colony trees on[protected] in the name of pruning without any legal permission from Forest Department . Branches measuring 5 - 15 inches have also been cut on the instructions of Rakesh Bhardwaj and in the presence of Choudary of horticulture department . 4 trucks of Tata 407 fully loaded with logs and thick wood has been sold out .

When local resident objected to this illegal and unauthorized work they were threatened and told they have permission of pruning but its expired permission and too of light pruning . In the name of pruning wood logs have been collected and sold out . when winters are over and summer season is round the corner no forest department authorize to do heavy cutting . In number of trees head (Stem ) has been axed .

We would request concerned department to initiate immediate legal action against this and in case videos of killing are required contact undersigned.

Sir we r living in r k puram sec 4 near masjid.from some months there has been increase in number of dogs.they bite and bark all the time.even they sit on vehicles.we r forced to be in our home because we are afraid they will bite us.they r increasing day by day.

I visited DLF PLACE Saket on DT 06th Feb 2016 in my car DL10CT1998 with my family at 1330pm. I parked my car in B2 level and they charged Rs 60 for 03 hours.
I would like to solve this case weather they can charge parking fees or not. As SDMC announced recently that malls in south Delhi can't charge parking fees.
Please investigate and punish the culprit.

Street DOGS have created a big Menace here in this area, u cannot enter the block in the night or early morning, they never leave the block, children in the block are too scared to play ( in there own area ), Barking u can hear all day, biting also one reason for removing them but one of the biggest problem is the dog poop which is found everywhere cause there are 5 to 6 dogs who now stays in the block ! Respect sir i wanna say that some person are selling things its like tea, smoke etc with out permission he is sell govt land with out permission causes every person thrown the tea cup anywhere

I wish to highlight that several encroachments have come up in Dwarka subcity which falls under South Delhi Municipal Corporation . 1 Even after taking actions against encroachments in sector 10/6 & 5/4 markets the encroachments are back . 2 In most of the roads in the Dwarka Subcity the foot paths have been encroached by Gutka/toffee sellers . 3 On the road bisecting sector 11 & 12 near the nullah quite a few numbers of food stalls have come up on the slip road . Please see that all these encroachments are removed .

From: RWA Radhika Apartment, Pocket-1, Phase-II, Sec-14, Dwarka Dogs in our apartment are wondering like Yamraj (God of Death). They are used to bark, to run after children, biting anyone passing through, causing rush to hospitals and loose pockets (for rickshaw fare, doctor's fee, chemist medicine chg. etc.). It does not only affect physically of anyone but stretches to various places. Like, a child going to school to attempt his/her exam and suddenly attacked by a dog, although had no injuries but still he/she will be in a trauma because of that terrific happening. Result of it, loosing attention twds exams, twds teachers or classmates, no sense during returning home, acrossing roads/any places, especially feeling insecure while through that road where that incident took place. Loosing interest to play in the ground, meeting with friends. etc. etc. Pls. take effective action over this issue. Dear Sir/Madam The work of laying SEVER going on since last two years by L&T.They have cut the road in front of my house for the same purpose.Now the place where they have prepared Man hole, the near by areas soil is settled down and the road is converted in pit hole during the last rainy day.ALL the rain water is going in the same pit hole for some time.This could be a disaster for nearby houses.Any day a house could collapse if necessary action is not taken on time. At night people sometimes stumble down.We have lodged so many complaints about this problem but still not received the permanent solution of that. I, Deepchand, s/o Late Sh. Dulia, R.o 309, Chirag Delhi, New Delhi-17, have lodge a property dispute case ( Case No. 29/15 in the Court of SCJ Surya Malik Grover) against Mr. Babu Lal against the property No. 318-C, Chirag Delhi, N.D.17 in the Saket Dist Court and the said Court given the STAY ORDER of this property. But the Babu cannot stopped the construction then Court given CONTEMPT OF COURT order against the said case. But after that Babu Lal cannot stopped the construction work in this property.We have several times complaint that in the SDMC against that, but SDMC cannot taken any action against the this property and the said Babu Lal without any fear continously constructed the said property and fully ignored the Court Order.It is humbly request to you please taken a legal action that the property and SEAL and Demolish that property after necessary verification.

We are the resident of F-49, Khanpur Extension, Behind Ambedkar Nagar Bus Depot, New Delhi-62 facing a problem due to pet dog of Shri Hari Singh and Smt. Sheela resident of F-63, Khanpur Extension. It is difficult to say that their dog is pet dog or stray dog as moving around the street and doing potty everywhere. Every morning on our main gate can see the dog's potty/urine. Due to this several disease may prevail. It is serious problem but the owner of the said dog is careless or may be rigid. Several time several people have complained them but no effect no action.
