Dear mcd commissioner,
Subject : death certificate of mr. Udit handa s/o sunil handa, address c-6a / 56 a, janak puri, new delhi.
This is to inform you that a death certificate with the name of mr. Udit handa is submitted on 16th july with mcd and when today we went to mcd office rajouri garden, the records are not found.
The room no. 3 officials and a madam under hod - mr. Gulshan kumar told us that due to no data entry operators, the records of june are still pending for entries and you are asking about july records.
Madam in room no. 3, told us that we are working without salary from last three months. These things are not matter to us. We only want a timeline of records by when we will find the same. This is not the single case of this type, a long que is there for such queries in rajouri garden.
There is no time line of records which are made mandatory in different departments of government and banks.
It is requested to appoint an audit committee to check all these delays for such records.
