Respected sir/madam,
It is to bring to your notice that an unauthorized house had been already constructed on fifth floor in sagarpur west, which comes under najafgarh zone of South Delhi municipal corporation. The building address is RZ-I-121, GALI NO. 8, NEAR SHAKUNTALA NURSING HOME, WEST SAGARPUR, NEW DELHI - 110046.

As it is already known that fifth floor housing is unauthorized in west sagarpur, I urge you to take immediate action against the same.

The floor was constructed on the backside, attached with the terrace and the front side is kept open so it seems at the first glance that there is no housing apartment created and it's is just an opening to the terrace but to the contrary, the builder had built this unauthorized floor of 50 hajj space and sold it at cheaper rates to the residents of the floor. We are unsure if they have any legal documents of the floor or not.

The residents of the fifth floor have also occupied the entire terrace and have scattered all their belongings. The residents of the fifth floor (unauthorized floor) even have locked the door of the terrace, at many instances, without any consultation with other residents in the building. This has caused serious troubles to the building residents.

Please look into this matter and take all necessary actions that are applicable in this case.

This is informed that, sewer water logging in the front of building every day and nobody interested to resolve this issue.

Requested to please get the survey done in my area and also attached the video recording for this situation.

There is a garbage mountain in our area and in streets everywhere we find garbage and nobody comes to clear the same. MCD workers don’t come to clean the streets. I have already lodged so many complaints but no action has been taken. Please do the needful

My name is anil kumar, r/o saurabh vihar, jaitpur in south zone. We have a shop near raj modern public school. I have asked several times to driver it's helper of the van to pick the heap of dust or garbage from here and they ignore always.
As the rain season is going on, the garbage stinks after rain. I am requesting you to please take a necessary action against them sothat they can do their job in a proper way.
Kindly do the needful.

I had received call on 5th august 2020 time 4:03 pm your customer services and says we will generate House tax receipt within 3 days. but after 10 days no receipt generate on registered mobile number on sdmc account.

Dear mcd commissioner,
Subject : death certificate of mr. Udit handa s/o sunil handa, address c-6a / 56 a, janak puri, new delhi.
This is to inform you that a death certificate with the name of mr. Udit handa is submitted on 16th july with mcd and when today we went to mcd office rajouri garden, the records are not found.
The room no. 3 officials and a madam under hod - mr. Gulshan kumar told us that due to no data entry...

I am writing this complaint to submit about an unauthorised construction made in dda flats hari nagar 110064. since the flats are lig flats, constructing a third floor is strictly not allowed but mr. hs nirdosh r/o cd 43 e dda flats hari nagar 110064 has constructed third floor over his terrace and has put tenants now. post this construction he is now forcing us to change our water tank to third floor which we don’t want since our water motor does not pump enough water to send it to third floor. his illegal construction is bring a lot of trouble to us and he threats us every time if we say something against it.

Dear SDMC.
I live in Badarpur DDA Flats where now a days a basic problem is getting increased day by day because o[censored]nauthorized possession of LAND for Car parking.
No body cares about this and we are bound to take our cars outside the region just because outsiders have build some iron blocks with chain with empty spaces for car parking.

The whole land belongs to MCD not sure even if my compliant is effective for you or not.
There are some powerful people (Gurjar) behind this possession so i cannot tell my name, Telling my name will be dangerous for my family and my assets.

This complaint blong to be salahpur khera bijwasan nd-61. Plot owner mr. Jhari laal gupta thats has cover street land minimum 6 feet approx and he place parking in street all vhicles and street wer proper block it's a main street of this colony

I am living in abul fazal okhla where we are facing a big problem of garbage which is lying everywhere and nobody bothers. Cleaning of garbage not on daily basis. We feel like we are living in a garbage land. Please help us and do the needful at the earliest.

Sir/mam i want your kind attention in rehman street, muradi road, batla house. My street sweeper sweeping the whole street and put all garbage in front of my gate. I told her many times, but she did not stop doing this. I am sharing you the images. I request to kindly take the necessary action against this matter on urgent basis. We are residents of kailash hills in east of kailash.
We've been very severely impacted bg stray dogs who make is impossible and torture for us to step out of home. Even getting groceries is a night mare. These dogs barks and comes at us everytime for no reason and these dogs seem to be full of diseases.
Further, these dogs do # everywhere making entire society filled with bad stink.
At anytime you may easily find 40-50 stray dogs in small society having 300 odd houses. It's a gated society and even then it's a big nightmare. There are many elderly people who face life risk not just from their bite but also fear which these dogs create that may make them panic.

There may be few people around who loves dog, but they do nothing for anyone to whom these dogs have become nightmare.

I strongly request you to visit the place and take necessary action.

I would be more than happy to coordinate during the visit and do my best to have any possible resolution.

Sewer line blocked outside my house no. A-81, asha park, new delhi - 110018 this is to inform you that the sewer outside my house is overflowing since 3-4 months. There has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewer keeps coming out of it and has made the whole road in front us with foul smell. The park behind our flat (Address: block a-1, dda flat g-7, panchsheel enclave, new delhi 110017 has a huge tree located in centre. Due to stormy winds about 3 weeks ago, a huge brach fell on the park ground. The wood was taken away but huge number of leaves are uncleared and are rotting due to the rains, leading to insect breeding and unhygienic conditions for the residents in flats around this park. You are requested to clear the leaves and debris and clear the park at the earliest.

The garage vehicle from mcd is not coming in the lane of g-131 b of ayanagar, phase 6. Its been more than 2months now. Its going in other lanes we can hear the garbage music but it never comes at our lane. Previously it used to come. Garbage is a waste which should be disposed timely. Would request you to kindly consider my request and inform the driver to please come in g-131 b lane of ayanagar.

There is a rain water drain constructed adjacent to / in front of some houses in b block shivalik which was built more than 10 years back and is covered with cement slabs. Near gate number 3 of b block shivalik in the colony some portion of drain needs repair as over a period of time cracks surface and walls have developed cracks and water seeps in basement of. Residents.
Inspite of complaints made several times only inspection is done but thereafter no response or work for repair is not being undertaken.
Complaint no.537 dt 1.6.2020 and complaint no.655 dt 22.7.2020 is lodged and message is sent to j. E. And a. E butcif no avail. We and others are paying all taxes to sdmc in time and thus expect solution of problem in case the same arises for any thing but consumers interest is being overlooked

PAYMENT OF HOUSE TAX...

I live outside India and trying to pay property tax for my property which comes under SDMC (Chittaranjan Park - 110019).

I have been trying to enter through web page: https://mcdonline.nic.in/sdmcportal/ since over nearly 2 months, every time it give a message "Site Cannot be Reached".

How you expect people living outside India, paying their property tax on time.

This has been working successfully until last year.

SDMC launched new portal this year which is not working from outside India.

Please help.

With due respect I would like to draw your kind attention about the condition of the local locality park in colony.from Last 4 months there is no attention for the same there's long Grass with so much garbage disposal are lying in the park. I would like to request you kindly find attached photos

Because of 01 corona case in the family, we got the sanitisation done in our flat on 19th july, sunday.

As suggested by the mcd team, we took all the precautions.

The product used was some liquid and it has damaged all our wooden products like doors, almirahs, closets, floors etc.

As far as we know, inside the house they should have done fogging.

Please suggest
