Sdmc — hauz khas village parking

Yes they are wrongly charging 20 Rs per hour extra over and above Rs 100.

The parking crew is charging extra money from every person. Although according to SDMC, parking rates are 20 per hour, these people always charge double the amount. They are stealing money from people with such illegitimate practices. I visit there everyday and park my vehicle for 2.5 hours and they charge Rs. 100 from me, whereas the amount should be Rs. 60. They willingly loot people who are unaware of such parking rates. I am sure lakhs of Rupees are illegaly being charged from innocent customers. Its been a year and no action is being taken. We are helpless.

Very poor service...
I took only 10 minutes and they were asked to pay 40 rs, I disagree to pay.. the person in parking "Nibu LAL" used very bad language and try to attack me.. it's very unfair, dear authorized sdmc please take some action against it..

Hauz khas village parking me mene apni Scooty khadi Kari. Sidha 40rs ghante se start. Me 3 ghante baad aya bola 100 rs. merko gussa aya. mene bola. Sala dunga hi nahi 100rs. Sala kuch hojaye. Scooty ki bhi gaadi wali charges Le raha tha. gaadi ki bbi itni mehngi nahi honi chhaiye yaar.
Baad me usko 50rs diye mene. zabarzasti. wo usne ab yaar SDMC ko jawab dena padega yha. sahi rates Kya hain. logo ka hutiya banaya hua h inhone... 😡😡😡😡😡😡

They are wrongly charging money and if asked for the reason they start talking abusivey. Someone from SDMC must have given them shelter and taking cut to allow them wrong money charging. The wrongly took 20 rupees more from me and strarted threatening. When I asked for contracting agency band name of the person, he said ukhad lena jo ukhadna hai. Hamare contacts hain andar.

For half an hour I got charged rs 100. They said it’s a weekend charge. This is ridiculous and illegal.

These guys are charging at their will, they took 100 for parking for just 2 hours and that second hour was added just by one minute that too because they were doing some ruckus with the car guy ahead.
When asked for receipt against the charges they said their machine is not working so they are unable to give the print out of the said amount.
There should be some action against these goons they are looting in the name of SDMC.

These guys at Haus khas Parking are charging way more than the actual rates. I remember last time I parked there, I gave 20rs for an hour. This time they asked for flat 100rs charge when I parked for 45min, when asked they said it is the weekend rate.
When asked for providing a receipt for the payment they denied and said the slip is the only receipt. There is no amount mentioned on the slip.
Clearly they are looting everyone.
I was reading the above comments and realised this has happened with many.
SDMC should take action against this.

They are charging 200 per hr illegally and no one is taking action against them. They are not give you any receipt. Delhi govt should take action against them

They are not even providing Parking slip. I paid 140/- for parked my car for less than 2 hrs. They are more like Goondas. I don't understand why Police or MCD not taking any action against such Parking sites.

They are not providing Parking slip and charged 300 for 4 hr. Necessary action should be taken against them.

I parked my car for 2hrs 45 minutes and they charged me 220 rs. This is totally illegal and government should take action against them

Today I went to hauz khas village. Parked my vehicle for 1 hour 10 min. They did not provided me with parking slip at entry and during exit he asked 100 rs from me. I said what are the charges, the person said 100 rs entry and 40 rs/hour after that. I was in disbelief. So anyway I asked him to give me receipt. He said no receipt...cameras are calculating fees...if you want go down street for 1km and there is a notice board mentioning this rule...This was ridiculous. I was getting late so to cut the argument short I paid 100 rs. But seriously this is open loot. No slip no receipt. Whatever they demand you have to pay otherwise they use very bad language. Delhi government should seriously take some action. Implement automatic parking machine for the same.

Hauz Khas Parking has become a hotspot for looting visitors and catching them unawares by charging exorbitant amounts. I was asked to pay Rs. 240 for parking two and half hours. They don't provide you any slips and force you to pay the money.

I was charged 100 rs for 45 mins today with no parking receipt. They are looting people and somebody needs to take action. That parking was hideous. No lights all broken pavement noone to guide, what cameras will work in the dark when there are no lights even! And when i left after 45 mins two of my car tyres were also punctured. Never going there back again in this life. Totally shady people ready to loot you.

I was charged 100 for less than an hour and no slip was provided.
This is not an acceptable behaviour by these people.

20 ! They have literally taken around 4 to 500 from me for 5 hours, I have my college there and every time they have different rate and whenever I try questioning them, bunch of 4-5 men start hovering over you and misbehave !

Same thing is happened with me on the day of Holi 22, the guy was drunk/intoxicated. Ask me for Rs.140 for 40 mins of parking when I said no and argued then he agreed and said give me Rs 40. This is ridiculous so many people have been complaining about this. Hauz Khas parking has some nice initiatives like Ev car changer, when we are thinking so progressively I don’t know why we can’t change the management and make people comfortable rather than dealing with goons even after paying for parking.

Parking attendants at HKV are like history sheeter goons, and policy personnel deployed there also dont take any action against these. I work at HKV and come by car. As per SDMC website, monthly pass is Rs 1200 for day time and i leave by 6 everyday (Monday - Saturday) but these guys charge 2200 per month for pass. This is simple extortion. If you argue with these chaps, they got bouncers and behave rudely.
