Dear sir/madam,
This to bring to your kind notice that unauthorised construction is going on terrace area (6th floor), s. B. Apartments, plot no. 370, khasra no. 619/21, near tivoli gardens, chhatarpur, by mr. Rajender ambawat even after m. C. D. Sealed that area. Previously, we all resident of plot no. 370 and 371 are facing a lot of issues due to illegal construction which was carried out by builder mr. Bir singh lohia and mr. Saurav sharma.
Already the building height is 21 meters, and both the builder and owner are extending the height to 25 meter, which is completely illegal as per the laws. This is weakening the capacity for lower layer of the building.
There are more than 25 residents in plot no. 371, which doesn’t have their own electricity meter and they are getting electricity from one iii-phase meter. From which, we (Plot no. 371 owners) are not able to apply for the domestic meter due to unauthorised construction done on terrace area.
We have made a lot of request to the builder to stop this construction work and demolish the illegal work, but he didn’t want to talk on this matter. When we informed him that we will go the m. C. D. Or court, then he replied that “all the governmental bodies are under my shoe, do it whatever you want”.
Builder and the person who is doing the construction work have very strong background. This is why we are afraid of it, and don’t want to disclose our name. We are just a common people who is doing their 9-5 job, but without necessary things, how a common family can sustain?
You are only and final hope for us to stop this illegal work, so that we can get/apply for common facilities like electricity, water from authorized department.
