SDMC — payment made but receipt still not generated even after a week

Hello Team,
I have made the Payment towards my Property Tax online for Rs. 3419 including bank charges on HDFC Payment Gateway and it has still not been credited in my account. The amount has been deducted from my bank account and Receipt is not generated.
I call on HDFC helpline number and also SDMC customer care and these lines are just for display purpose only on the websites as no one picks the phone and then they are always busy.

My Grevience ID is 36339.

Please help me resolve my issue.
