Sdmc — Property Tax Deposited but no receipt has been generated

I had deposited property tax at Ashok Nagar new delhi office of mcd for a period of four years from 01/04/2014 to 31/03/2018 amounting to Rs 12877(twelve thousand eight hundred seventy seven only) vide cheque no 255451 dt 15/11/2017 drawn on PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, VIKASPURI, NEW DELHI for my property reference id[protected].
The cheque was duly honoured/paid by pnb to sdmc, new delhi on 18/11/2017 but no receipt has been issued and neither the amount reflected in my property reference id account number[protected].
I went to ashok nagar new delhi office many times but no official was willing to resolve the matter and the amount still lies with sdmc.
