Sdmc — property tax online services of sdmc not functional

Recently sdmc has launched e-filing site for property tax payment. Site is not functioning properly:
1. Where there is no mobile number registered and you register the number the site says :"upic already registered". It does not accept payment
2. It is not user friendly
3. Otp takes long time to come and at time it does not send otp at all. There is no option for otp resend
4. Why cheque payments cannot be accepted by sdmc.
5. I have made one time payment as per mcd scheme. Now for reasons unknown mcd has withdrawn the scheme and propert tax is to be paid as per revised rv. But system does not have any provisions for such cases and i cannot pay on line. Even when i went to r k. Puram office they are not able to accept payment.
5. Immediate attention required as we want to pay the tax due but the system is not prepared to accept payment

Dear Sir
I have been trying for last 10 days to pay online property tax for 20-21 on your portal but it is not working and showing 0 amount as due.My UPIC no. is [protected] and property id is [protected] and address is DDA flat no. 6376 sector B pocket 9, third floor, Vasant kunj, New Delhi 110070, self occupying residential flat with me being senior citizen and ex serviceman, and not accepting any tax payment online on portal.The change of portal system for tax payment has drastically altered from last year and has become much user unfriendly.Also there is no response from support tel no.[protected] and [protected] despite repeated attempts to call for last 10 days.Please advise on the matter.Thanking you
