Seabird Tourists — allocated a different seat from mumbai to bangalore bus traveling | |||
Hi Sir, I had booked a bus ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore on Red bus service. On seat number L4. This is a individual. Which I usually prefer as I usually travel alone. But very unfortunate that to say that the bus conductor allocated me a different seat. Instead of giving me single seat he allocated a 2/2 seat to me having the seat number is 9L. Is this seat number 9L what I had booked? Why did this happened? I booking one seat I am provided with a different one. And when I complained about it the driver Andrew conductor started arguing and not listening to me. Even though I saw them my ticket detail both SMS and email print out. please escalate this issue as soon as possible.And take action against this Traveller. Other wise pls let me know what other way I can raise my concern.This is a very serious issue. Hope you understand. Yu can call my in my number for further understanding of this matter.
