I am complaining about my missing product

My parcel is missing. It was sent through Seabird tourists. Never expected this from Seabird as we are regular customers of them. Please find out and send it to us as early as possible. It is really very important for us....

Sleeper Seat and back seat

Pnr 5775730. Worst service. Seat number 17L and 18L both did not have back seat so as to sit back comfortably. Also the window sleeper seats had become wet due to rain....

Sea bird transport

I have sent a tv if 55 inch from Vijayawada to Mangalore
In the kr they have mentioned that 2 qty of TV's and as per invoice and amt was 800 +gst =860
But they too 900 saying that this is the loading charges and without this they can't do it
And I have not given them cash instead I have done phone pay they didn't allow me to do the phone pay of the company we which was available and they said to pay it on an alternate...

We booked two tickets booked in Seabird Tourist AC Bus ( For travelling from Bangalore to Gokarna). Upon looking at the horrible reviews, we tried to cancel within 5 minutes of booking. The cancellation is not being allowed. We condemn the unprofessional behaviour in strong words and loathe this kind of practices being in India. Our PNR no. is AT[protected]. We plan to take this up further with Consumer Forum, with a view to stopping this...

Cheating passengers

Address:Are u ready to repay for cheating passengers

I booked ticket from Banglore to Belgaum today (23/03/2021) in Seabird. The bus is @ 10:30pm from Anandrao circle. While booking in Redbus app, it was shown as AC sleeper. However, the bus came is non AC sleeper. I am having the ticket proof with me for AC sleeper.

It's quite disappointed. Are u ready to repay my money paid. It's a very worst and cheap action Seabird doing. I could have gone to some competitors who are actually...

Bus is waited for more than half hour

Vehicle number KA-01-AL-7273 MALAPUR-KARWAR-BANGALORE. Passenger is not ready to get down because same seat is been booked for two passengers .. what is the reason .? Why do we have to wait for so much of time ? Why seabird cannot solve this problem ... totaly waste of time and many people got late to their work now . WHO WILL BEAR THE LOSSES ? SEABIRD WILL BEAR THEIR LOSSES...

Dear Sir,

I booked seabird bus ticket to travel from Bengaluru to brahmavara on 10 jan 2020. my boarding point was Jayanagar 4th block and time to board was 8 PM.(Attached bus ticket for your reference).

The entire incident about communicating one small matter "that bus was broke down and another bus will take me till that bus and i can reach my destination from boarding that bus" the complete staff members...

This is Somanna MV.travelling by bus no K01AH8259 from jp nagar to panjim seat numbers 5U, 6U, 8U, 9U. Originally it was supposed to leave at 6:30pm, left at 8:30pm and then was supposed to reach Panjim at 8am on 20th December 2020 but reached at 6:30pm that day. Very bad service. Journey started 2 hour late. And from wrong location. Bus broke down for 7 Hours.!!!
A whole day has been lost to us. We demand some compensation, monetary...

Missing Parcel

Dear team,
My guy booked one parcel from bengaluru gandhinagr office to bhatkal on 6-7-2020. Still I didn't receive parcel. So many times I complained, didn't work.
My client is very anger with us.
Please do needful.

Again i called that person his mobile number is not reachable now... We want refund now... And i booked ticket in bangalore yashwantpur branch... His name mallikarjun horatti... last minute bus change

I had booked seabird ac bus from bangalore to dharwad. I had booked the ticket 4 days prior to my travel. And on the date of travelling just 4-5 hours before the seabird tourists calls me and says that due to some maintenance issue, your ac bus booked has been cancelled and you have to travel in non ac bus. The ac bus that i booked had the time of departure of 11.30 pm and the non ac bus which they have rescheduled had the time of departure...

seat has been changed and thrown to last seat, no one was listening

This is extremely bad service, first i waited for 1 and half hr, in midnight of highway with 3 ladies, (Who is responsible for their safety).

Post, i got my bus, my booked seat was given to some other guys, neither conducter was listening nor driver... I was given last seat... I complaint customer care, even they are not able to fix.

My parents had ssue with last seat, and i was feeling traped and ditched at...

bus break down in mid night on the outskirts and there was no back up

The bus was broke down near davangere outskirts and all the passengers were forced to wait in the cold for a different bus which was not even arranged properly even after 2.5 hours.
I had booked 2 tickets and we were shifted to a diff bus where we had to sit and go till bangalore even after paying the amount for a sleeper coach.
Please refund the full amount because the service as well as the behavior of the staff was pathetic...

i'm not get the bus & responses

I have booked the bus hosur to hubli. I have waited for the bus 8.45 to 10 pm.. Im not get the bus. They also not called. I have try to call bus operator. His mobile was switched off. Im not able track the bus also. Then at i called to office they said the bus is in bangalore. It waiting for u. Then came to bangalore. allocated a different seat from mumbai to bangalore bus traveling

Hi Sir,

I had booked a bus ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore on Red bus service. On seat number L4. This is a individual. Which I usually prefer as I usually travel alone. But very unfortunate that to say that the bus conductor allocated me a different seat. Instead of giving me single seat he allocated a 2/2 seat to me having the seat number is 9L.

Is this seat number 9L what I had booked?
