Seabird has dropped in between, instead of dropping point, when I enquired bus team is telling i need to wait 2 hours more, like this they made us to get down, which resulted me in paying additional cost on Auto. Need a serious action

    I have booked seabird from banglore to sagara through abhibus. Booking id for reference [au[protected]]. The bus got break down at before holalkere rural, near channagiri in middle of forest. The driver told us catch new bus and reach the destination. The seabird tourist such an irresponsible tourist i have ever seen. They have not even adjusted the new bus to travel.     We booked sea bird from bangalore to gokarna under ticket number 5825325
    They cancelled AC bus and arranged nonAC at last minute.

    So one o[censored]s had to cancel and come by car. 2 o[censored]s still used the night bus but there were too many delays and stops due to combining of route, and more over they stopped morning 10am at Kumta for more than hour for unloading commerical shipping. It is completely illegal to load and unload commerical shipping material of that much quantity when they are supposed to run a tourist bus and their luggage only.

    Need complete refund of tickets and also compensation of 5000 due to delays and no stops for breakfast when there were delays. Causing health issues and sickness for us.

      Staffs don't have manners and they don't know how to speak with customers, everytime they ask for money for single bag/ luggage, if we ask receipt they will come to fight with us . This is not the 1st time happening this incident. Whenever you go there they will come to beg . Today also same thing happened, we had only one bag with us, the person name is Aradya came to us and asked 150 rs for single luggage bag, when we asked a receipt he started scolding us and charged 260 rs .

        I am complaining about my missing product

        My parcel is missing. It was sent through Seabird tourists. Never expected this from Seabird as we are regular customers of them. Please find out and send it to us as early as possible. It is really very important for us....

        Pnr 5775730. Worst service. Seat number 17L and 18L both did not have back seat so as to sit back comfortably. Also the window sleeper seats had become wet due to rain.

          I have sent a tv if 55 inch from Vijayawada to Mangalore
          In the kr they have mentioned that 2 qty of TV's and as per invoice and amt was 800 +gst =860
          But they too 900 saying that this is the loading charges and without this they can't do it
          And I have not given them cash instead I have done phone pay they didn't allow me to do the phone pay of the company we which was available and they said to pay it on an alternate number

            We booked two tickets booked in Seabird Tourist AC Bus ( For travelling from Bangalore to Gokarna). Upon looking at the horrible reviews, we tried to cancel within 5 minutes of booking. The cancellation is not being allowed. We condemn the unprofessional behaviour in strong words and loathe this kind of practices being in India. Our PNR no. is AT[protected]. We plan to take this up further with Consumer Forum, with a view to stopping this well-disguised practice of rampant loot.

              Address: Are u ready to repay for cheating passengers

              I booked ticket from Banglore to Belgaum today (23/03/2021) in Seabird. The bus is @ 10:30pm from Anandrao circle. While booking in Redbus app, it was shown as AC sleeper. However, the bus came is non AC sleeper. I am having the ticket proof with me for AC sleeper.

              It's quite disappointed. Are u ready to repay my money paid. It's a very worst and cheap action Seabird doing. I could have gone to some competitors who are actually saying the bus status.

                Vehicle number KA-01-AL-7273 MALAPUR-KARWAR-BANGALORE. Passenger is not ready to get down because same seat is been booked for two passengers .. what is the reason .? Why do we have to wait for so much of time ? Why seabird cannot solve this problem ... totaly waste of time and many people got late to their work now . WHO WILL BEAR THE LOSSES ? SEABIRD WILL BEAR THEIR LOSSES

                    Dear Sir,

                    I booked seabird bus ticket to travel from Bengaluru to brahmavara on 10 jan 2020. my boarding point was Jayanagar 4th block and time to board was 8 PM.(Attached bus ticket for your reference).

                    The entire incident about communicating one small matter "that bus was broke down and another bus will take me till that bus and i can reach my destination from boarding that bus" the complete staff members and the driver in the bus KA 01 AJ 4122 was completing failed to communicate this in a proper. they abused me with bad words.

                    I hope being a top travel company seabird will take this matter seriously and take the action against bus driver and staff( KA 01 AJ 4122)and the person in cargo office(i failed to note his name you can connect him through driver because it seems driver is well know to him).

                    The entire brief note about the incident are as follows.

                    1) The 1st incident was the boarding time was 8PM till 7.45PM i am not received any bus number details to my mobile number.

                    2)I contacted seabird office to get bus details and they informed me bus was stuck in traffic it will take time reach to jayanagara 4th block and they provided the bus number KA 01 AJ 4122 and driver number was [protected].

                    3)From here i faced a ridiculous experience the bus number KA 01 AJ 4122 reached Jayanagar 4th block on 8.30PM when I went to board the bus the driver and the staff members are saying this bus is going to GOA & they asked where you want too go I told brahmavara I just confused and I told your office customer care peoples suggested me this bus only instead of communicating in a proper way the driver and the other staff members abused me with some bad words and again I called to office customer care and they told me bus got brake down this bus will take me till Ananda Rao circle(Sea bird head office) and from there I need to board actual bus to brahmavara and I communicated the same to the driver and then he allowed me to sit in the bus to take till Ananda Rao circle sea bird head office.

                    4)Then he stopped the bus near Seabird cargo office and the driver asking me in a very harsh manner "from which bus you want to go". I told him I don't know that I booked the bus and u guys only need to tell which bus I need board to reach my destination. & the driver called one more person to address me(he is may be his friend) and told my concern and i told him driver is talking with me in harsh manner instead of talking with driver he stared scolding to me and he is also abused me with bad words. and he checked the details but he unable to tell what is the bus number I need to board where it will come.

                    5)Again i called to the customer care office and they informed that is the cargo office he stopped the bus now. he will again take me to seabird head office there bus number KA01 AH 8259 will come i need to board that. I communicated the same to driver again and he taken me to head office.

                    6) I waited nearly 45 min in front of head office and at last bus came and I reached brahmavara.

                    I hope seabird will take action against this abusing in a bad language is completely not acceptable. being a top tours and travels company you should concentrate about this. because every passenger will travel for some purpose there may be emergency purpose also. Manner less drivers are treat passengers like this it was a big problem for an each individual passenger.

                    Request you to kindly take this matter seriously and perform accordingly

                      This is Somanna MV.travelling by bus no K01AH8259 from jp nagar to panjim seat numbers 5U, 6U, 8U, 9U. Originally it was supposed to leave at 6:30pm, left at 8:30pm and then was supposed to reach Panjim at 8am on 20th December 2020 but reached at 6:30pm that day. Very bad service. Journey started 2 hour late. And from wrong location. Bus broke down for 7 Hours.!!!
                      A whole day has been lost to us. We demand some compensation, monetary or otherwise.

                          My guy booked one parcel from bengaluru gandhinagr office to bhatkal on 6-7-2020. Still I didn't receive parcel. So many times I complained, didn't work.
                          My client is very anger with us.

When i called to seabird bus agent that person giving some silly to escape... Again i called that person his mobile number is not reachable now... We want refund now... And i booked ticket in bangalore yashwantpur branch... His name mallikarjun horatti... Such a worst person... And it's not small amount it is big amount 3000/- rs

                                    I had booked seabird ac bus from bangalore to dharwad. I had booked the ticket 4 days prior to my travel. And on the date of travelling just 4-5 hours before the seabird tourists calls me and says that due to some maintenance issue, your ac bus booked has been cancelled and you have to travel in non ac bus. The ac bus that i booked had the time of departure of 11.30 pm and the non ac bus which they have rescheduled had the time of departure at 10.00 pm. And when i spoke to them, they were very rude and said me that you can even file a police complaint and we don't care about it. Their service is really pathetic. When you have paid high cost for travelling in ac bus for your preferable travel time and in last minute they cancel your ticket and give you non ac bus and with other departure time, it doesn't make any sense. Its loss of money for us. Seabird travels is looting people. Now i have decided to file a case on them. Will drag them to court and shutdown their travel forever.

                                    Bus was not good .bus took 12 hours for 520 .and very noisy bus .im not satisfied with seabird tourists. I'm not coming next time with seabird.and I'll tell my colleagues also and bus was stopping averywere .and driver took unwanted peopls for little bit money . really I hate this seabird tourist.
