This is extremely bad service, first i waited for 1 and half hr, in midnight of highway with 3 ladies, (Who is responsible for their safety).

Post, i got my bus, my booked seat was given to some other guys, neither conducter was listening nor driver... I was given last seat... I complaint customer care, even they are not able to fix.

My parents had ssue with last seat, and i was feeling traped and ditched at the darkness of midnight in highway

It's a shame service... Highly disappointed...

Journey for tirupati with parents can't be more shamefull to me... Not at all acceptable

    The bus was broke down near davangere outskirts and all the passengers were forced to wait in the cold for a different bus which was not even arranged properly even after 2.5 hours.
    I had booked 2 tickets and we were shifted to a diff bus where we had to sit and go till bangalore even after paying the amount for a sleeper coach.
    Please refund the full amount because the service as well as the behavior of the staff was pathetic and annoying and we would never want to use this third class seabird brand ever again.
    Please return the money as even we had to take a leave from our work and lose our salary for one day.

      I have booked the bus hosur to hubli. I have waited for the bus 8.45 to 10 pm.. Im not get the bus. They also not called. I have try to call bus operator. His mobile was switched off. Im not able track the bus also. Then at i called to office they said the bus is in bangalore. It waiting for u. Then came to bangalore. After reaching the bangalore they asked me take ksrtc and go to hubli after that they cut the mobile then i have tryed to call all the number they not responding me. Please do the needful

        Hi Sir,

        I had booked a bus ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore on Red bus service. On seat number L4. This is a individual. Which I usually prefer as I usually travel alone. But very unfortunate that to say that the bus conductor allocated me a different seat. Instead of giving me single seat he allocated a 2/2 seat to me having the seat number is 9L.

        Is this seat number 9L what I had booked?

        Why did this happened? I booking one seat I am provided with a different one.

        And when I complained about it the driver Andrew conductor started arguing and not listening to me. Even though I saw them my ticket detail both SMS and email print out.

        please escalate this issue as soon as possible.And take action against this Traveller.

        Other wise pls let me know what other way I can raise my concern.This is a very serious issue. Hope you understand. Yu can call my in my number for further understanding of this matter.

          This was the worst trip i had ever been with my. Sea bird tourist was one of the worst operator and it changed the bus 3 times while coming and 2 times they shifted while going. They didn't even made us visit at phelomina's church for which we went and they only were interested in places where they get commission. Everyone requested to visit church but our guide didn't give heed to that only because everyone said they don't won't to get down at silk emporium where our guide will get commission to bring people. Would request people don't book this bus worst service. Will never go ahead with this bus for any other journey. Thanks for wasting my day and money.

            This is one of the worst bus travel I’ve had from banglore to chennai SEABIRD TOURIST starting with a 1 and half hour delay the bus driver refused to pick up calls and finally had to call the head office to get an update in regards to the bus.

            Then after boarding the bus when I asked the staff for a blanket I get a reply saying “all that got over now you adjust and sleep”, later during the night the AC stopped working and water started dripping from the ceiling and again getting the same response from the driver and co-driver. If I had to adjust I would have rather booked an non AC and travelled in that.

            The PNR number in which I travelled was 5434266.

            The journey date was 27th September 2019.

            The vehicle number for the same is KA-01-AA-8744.

            I would never want to travel with SEABIRD TOURISTS again ever in my life.

            Sir consignment booked vide LR no 2706156 to hubli booked in gandhinagar office but till date not received. I have complained to mr. Kamatu but there is no use. My customer is approaching consumer court is not found immediately. I will take legal action on you.

              After a lot frustration. I'm writing this email as a feedback to seabird travels.

              This is my 3rd time ever experienced in the delays which are non-justifiable.

              Very worst experience.

              I had booked my ticket to pune for 9:40pm on 4th sept departure from hubli. But as i received a update through sms on time changes & bus changed to 11pm departure.

              I had booked a ticket from banglore to belgum in a/c sleeper my seat number was 7u at the same time an another peron had the same seat but that guy was shifter from non-ac to ac bus which was not my fault we spoke with the oprator the oprator an the bus staff was so much rude they were fighting in the bus the oprator was so rude that he said me i[censored] want to go then go on that seet wich we are giving u wich was 11l at the last an he said i[censored] dont want to go get out of the bus. Seriously this is how u bheave with your costomers. Never book your tickets with seabird never even the charger plug is not working worst experince thats why resbus does not have them in their list. Only one word for them as. Ho. F off

                Hi sir,
                My name is chandan i had booked the sea bird bus through travel yaari website from sagar to bangalore (Pnr no.5356862-ts[protected]kjja) scheduled departure was at 11pm. Know it's almost 12.45am in the mid night still the bus has not arrived. Imagine the plight of the customer. Kindly take necessary action against the bus service. Plz guide me on how to file the consumer complaint.

                  Booked a bus from bangalore to gokarna from btm boarding point which is supposed to start at 8:45pm. This guy calls me at 8:20pm and our convo goes like this
                  That guy : bus has reached and will wait for 5 mins only, are you coming?
                  Me : ofcourse, why i'm coming. Isn't it supposed to come at 8:45pm?
                  That guy : yes but that bus is not coming you come in this
                  Me : okay, but wait for 10 mins it takes me 10 mins to reach boarding point
                  That guy: you come to madiwala i'm rescheduling your pickup point
                  Me : no, i'll come to btm pickup point, i've started
                  That guy: no, we've left btm, come to madiwala before 9 if you want to come
                  Me : what? Seriously? This is not the way you talk with your customers
                  That guy : hung up and moved my boarding point to madiwala
                  Struggled to find an auto that urgently and made it somehow fortunately. This is not the way customer should be treated by paying heavy loads of bus fares on weekends.

                  Bed bugs - it's been totally uncomfortable journey, and no other arrangements made and no cooperation with bus crew.

                    I booked tickets from bangalore to shirdi. My bus timing is 1.15 pm but now time is 2:45 pm still bus not arrived, and staff behavior of your employee are very very ominous. Your employee continuously talking on mobile phone don't care about customer's and your head office staff also not receiving calls, bathrooms are not available for ladies also. Your staff says water not available that's why bathrooms are not open. I fill the complaint about your bad bad service and behavior of your employee in consumer forum.

                      Booked bus from bangalore to belgaum on 6/07/2019 Bus No: KA-01-C-9703, This bus was home for bedbugs every where they were crawling on seat on floor and on people too! worst part was when called to sea bird office they were like we didn’t get any complaints yesterday or in past 2/3days so baised and told will check and disconnected the call.

                      Screw it we travellers couldn’t sleep it was worst experience period.

                        SEABIRD have drivers with very worst behaviour. We had a worst journey experience while travelling from Bangalore to Mangalore. Bus departure was at 9:45pm and we were inside the bus sharp at 9:45pm. Driver used very wrong words and shouted at us for not reaching the boarding point before 9:30pm. His behaviour made the entire journey unpleasant. We had a very bad journey experience with SEABIRD tours and travels. I've complained higher authority of SEABIRD tours&travels with detailed information. We've seen that driver was annoying the old couple in the bus for not alighting quickly(old people usually take few seconds more to alight and ascend). Driver had negative attitude with worst behaviour and also wrong usage of words.

                          This seabird bus ended with bus no 4124 i experienced worst situation bus boarding tm s late but i didnot gt a call or information its in bangalore delay in tmng applicable due to traffic but its in kundapura he s nt stopping for d rest room. When i m requesting d drvr he stopped in d middle of d road n saying go ahead. After 2 3 members complaint he stopped for a washroom.
                          I m fortnightly trvlng from bnglr to kpura n many tms in seabird every tm i experienced sm situation which s worst for a passenger.

                              I traveled from sirsi to bangalore. While booking i gave the drop point as "devegouda petrol bunk". But they said they can't go there because of one passenger and other reasons and left me near veerabhadra nagar.
                              At least the people should have the courtesy to commit to their dropping points. Otherwise they should take out the dropping points to which they are unable to leave the passengers.
                              It was one of the worst journeys i have had.

                                  Dear sir, I am writing this to bring to your notice that I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to chennai on 3rd May 2019.. the pick up was in Electronic City. I called the contact number given by red bus [protected]. I informed them I was waiting near hebbagudi bus stand which is on the way to Hosur.. I specifically asked him if the bus stops there to this contact number and he said yes and shared the driver contact number.. i again asked him if the bus doesn’t stop in hebbagudi I can come to Electronic City itself.. but he confirmed that bus is late and they driver will call me.. after waiting for long time neither the bus driver picked the call or the contact number is responding... looks like they have put another person in place of me and left.. later I called seabird customer care and they are saying bus already left.. will you people not check with customer is available.. this is a planned trap.. unacceptable behaviour from your staff.. I have phone call conversations to prove this incident..

                                      I am travelling from banglore to mumbai and took ac sleeper bus but the bus is like hell. I have chosen seat no. L1 l2 l3 by thinking it would be comfortable as those are first seats but here the situation is like: bus engine continuously producing sound and heat so it is very dangerous and inconvenient also. On top of that the cleaner has drunk and he was simply seating near my seats passage. I really feeling uneasy. Many times i have tried to contact helpline but they are just act like receivers actually after receiving the call they are talking with someone else.. Worst worst worst!!!
