The following ticket was booked for a sleeper coach, but the bus boarded was a non ac seater coach which was at a much lower price. I want to claim refund since i had paid the price of sleeper coach seat. I have booked 2 tickets from Bangalore to Mysore on 11/01/19 but that bus was cancelled and your authorized representative informed that said amount will be refunded within 5-7 days but after lapse of 19 days 700 has not been refunded.
You are requested to refund 700/- immediately
