Seabird Tourists — bus driver or service provider not calling the customer while boarding | |
Dear sir, I am writing this to bring to your notice that I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to chennai on 3rd May 2019.. the pick up was in Electronic City. I called the contact number given by red bus [protected]. I informed them I was waiting near hebbagudi bus stand which is on the way to Hosur.. I specifically asked him if the bus stops there to this contact number and he said yes and shared the driver contact number.. i again asked him if the bus doesn’t stop in hebbagudi I can come to Electronic City itself.. but he confirmed that bus is late and they driver will call me.. after waiting for long time neither the bus driver picked the call or the contact number is responding... looks like they have put another person in place of me and left.. later I called seabird customer care and they are saying bus already left.. will you people not check with customer is available.. this is a planned trap.. unacceptable behaviour from your staff.. No proper time seance!!! If customers asks to on ac driver says this what we can do nothing can be done more than this !! No respect towards customers!!
