Seabird Tourists — cancellation amount refund | |||||
I have cancelled my ticket 30min less than to 24 hr, my departure time is 9.30pm 11/08/2018. But i have cancelled my ticket on 10/08/2018 90:00pm, in this case my full amount has been deducted as cancellation fee. Kindly please refund my amount as per cancellation rules or else i will rise this issue in consumer court. No travels are charging this huge amount for cancellation other than searbird, And i have requested with customer care care executive to replace my ticket with other also requested to refund my amount but no positive response i receiced from seabird executive. I booked 2 tickets on seabird on 23rd of July. On the day of journey seabird office called me saying they don't have drivers available and the bus is cancelled.. I somehow managed to get my bookings done on vrl at the last minute.. I have been calling them up for refund since last 20 more days.. Only response I get for the amount totalling to INR1440 is that the refund is initiated, asking to wait for another 6-7days..I mean, how UNPROFESSIONAL can they be..so disappointed with Seabird
