Seabird Tourists — I am complaining regarding my travel which was downgraded | |||
Hello sir/mam I've booked a ticket from Bangalore to Mangalore boarding on 19th in Volvo multi axle through goibibo. My ticket was downgraded to non AC and preponed the journey by 2 hours. I tried contacting the office in Bangalore. And the response was so very bad. And the person whoever spoke was so rude. Very disappointing. The fault is on your side at least try to be polite. If I am facing any non response to this msg I will have to file a legal complaint. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
