I ordered back case cover for my vivo v20 phone for Rs.450 .I was in out of station for my final year project.when I came home, I noticed it was a wrong case.It does not my model.when I emailed them they said 72 hrs is over for return.Place a fresh order.How could they customize wrong one .I really used my savings to buy an phone case.I want to refund my money or give me a new case with return order.
