I ordered a customized mobile hard case on the website https://www.seasonmade.com/products/bts-custom-name-case-collection. I placed the order on August 24, 2022, and received the product on August 30, 2022. The delivery was almost good, but the product I received was a total waste. I immediately contacted their customer support but they asked me to mail not to call them, then I contacted them through mail: [protected]@seasonmade.com. I've also sent a video of the product and asked them for replacement but again they are asking for too much video proof. They mentioned that the case is fully protected and it will be strong but when I made a request for the replacement of the product they said that you ordered for this case only and canceled my request. They completely blocked my contact. It's the very poor customer service I've ever experienced.
