This is second time these people have fooled me, i didn't recieve the product i ordered, send them package opening videos but still they are asking for 30% more for replaced product and shipping charges too. But why should i pay i didn't order the product they send, whats my mistake.
Customer care executive is so arrogant, dont know whom they have employed.
No reply from there side.
Will never buy any product...

I had ordered an iPhone cover. It was a wrong size I asked for a return.
It has been I haven returned the right cover. Having already paid courier charges.

I placed the order on August 24, 2022, and received the product on August 30, 2022. The delivery was almost good, but the product I received was a total waste. Ordered confirmed by season made on June 10, 2022 and their delivery partner kerry indev and shiprocket never deliver the product and an automated call from shiprocket is received everyday stating "customer has requested a future delivery". The best part is Kerry Indev does not answer their customer call number. Ship rocket and Season made does not even have a customer call number and their communication is thru email and i dont need to talk about their email reply rate and time.

I ordered back case cover for my vivo v20 phone for Rs.450 .I was in out of station for my final year project.when I came home, I noticed it was a wrong case.It does not my model.when I emailed them they said 72 hrs is over for return.Place a fresh order.How could they customize wrong one .I really used my savings to buy an phone case.I want to refund my money or give me a new case with return order....

On 16th of April 2022 i received a mobile cover from website season made same day i send email to the season made website they refund my money because the mobile phone cover was damage in the condition they charge 850Rs and the cover value is less than 100rs season made directly deny for the refund these kind of websites doing fraud and make fools to customers who purchase good and services from their website. Kindly direct the season made to refund my money as soon as possible.
