Season Made — Horrible customer service.

I had ordered an iPhone cover. It was a wrong size I asked for a return.
It has been I haven returned the right cover. Having already paid courier charges.
They have no no. That you can call. Only WhatsApp chats.

I had a talk to a women. She was the rudest person I have talked to.

She very blatantly replied it was not her fault. And the women went beyond saying you keep the wrong cover we don’t want anything to do with you.

How is that being polite. So I’m losing patience. It’s is the most frustrating company to deal with.
I am absolutely baffled. That a company doesn’t know when they’ll get me the cover.
Every day I have texted that. I have received with 3-4 days.
That 3-4 days meant 13. And yet I haven’t revived my right cover.

In the end she was threading me to keep the wrong cover. And she will refund my Courier charges.
How is a wrong cover gonna help me. Waste of time.
They have lost all trust in me.
And I have purchased 2 coves already.

Same has happened with me! Wrong size iPhone cover I keep on WhatsApp ing sometimes she replies mostly she doesn’t. Haven’t even taken the return disgusting service.
