Self — about non payment

I made a payment through bill desk using internet banking but it is not received by company till date... Payment date is 16th may 2018... I need a quick reply since payment was an urgent payment. I called at 24×7 help line number of bill desk but could not get a satisfactory reply. I need that payment to be paid at earliest. So please resolve it as early as possible.
