Self — bills based on imaginary consumption and duplication of bills | |||

Sub : consumer no.[protected]premshila k jaiswar Last month i paid rs.1090.00 against my electricity consumption of 152 units for a period 8th june, 2018 to 6th july, 2018 thru billdesk online payment. This month again i have received a bill for consumption of 532 units during the period of 1st june, 2018 to 4th aug, 2018 calculating rs.3030.00. Reviewing the bills, it is noted that the calculated energy charges do not match at all with the tariff dated 4th april, 2018.00 given bellow. Frequently this happen with me due to irregularities at your end. Consumers have to suffer by paying on higher slabs. My average consumption is 175 units per month but many times i get the bills based on imaginary consumption for an irregular periods of 40-50 & sometimes 60 days. In view of this i request you to kindly arrange to correct/update my bills accordingly and waive the extra charges. Was this information helpful? | |||
