Dear sir, Referring subject above, this is to intimate you that i am a resident of sion, pratikasha nagar, mumbai 22, maharashtra. Same thing is happened with me also. Since this lock down days we are trying to maker butter (Makkhan) & ghee, cream from milk at home hence, we started buying full cream gokul milk regularly and started collecting cream (Shai) every day from the milk but, after 8 days collected cream we start to convert it into butter/cream/ ghi. By using bitter/ mixer, it wont work neither it convert into butter nor ghi it just remain as thick as it is. Now we are so much worrying to consume gokul milk and serve to kids. I have wish to give this cream for lab tasting, want come to know what is it actually? But do not know the process, please guide us what we can do?, part of milk or something else mixed in milk. This happened twice with me but last time i did not store it, just thrown away. But again second time it happened wrong. Here i too feel it appropriate to bring this knowledge to authorized responsible officer for take immediate action that, if just in case any malpractice is happening in between before the milk reaches to consumers.
