Self Employed — no response from customer care

i careated a gift card in net banking to know whether yhe gift card has been despatched or not i contacted customer care.. but they asked me to contact the branch where i hold my account.. i tried many times but no one is picking the phone.. sometimes the call i received and no one is talking.. only thing is i lost balance in my mobile..and again contacted customer care and in that i was about to register a complaint.. the computer voice said the time i have to wait is less than 1 minute but i waited more than seven minutes, .. even after that no one talked to me.. just the cal gets disconnected.. and also once when i contacted customer care regarding my atm card they asked me to send sms to a number as UNHAPPY.. they said if i send this sms they will call me back.. but i didnt get any call even after sending the unhappy sms several times...even the persons working in the branch they always speak very rough to the customers and they never respect the people who come their.. and also even they are scolding the customers if we dont fill anything correctly in any form.. if the customers dont know anything its their duty to guide them.. but really its very bad... this things happens only in the government banks... but when we go to the private banks they are guiding customers very well.. thatswhy the private banks are succesfull in getting customers...pls do something to resolve this pls
