I was followed up by sales team from [protected] and told pay for 6months, i will get free installation. She promised, i will get connection by 2pm. I paid inr 6608. Txn:[protected]. I waited till 3pm no one contacted me. Sales team totld me to contact [protected]. His name bala. He simply told, i didnt get line request so he cannot provide connection

Airtel didnt change at all. Until payment collection they can give any promise. Post that, they will make customer to beg
