Self — I did not receive payment on my wallet

I was transferred on date 10 dec 2017 money from my account [protected] to my another number [protected]. I saw offline massage you received 600 rs from [protected]. But i opened my account [protected] my wallet didn't show and this offline massage shown on my number [protected]amount. Received rs.600 from ravi (82xxxx1696) in your paytm wallet. Wallet txn id: [protected].
Many time i reset my account but money had not come in my wallet [protected]
I used account by both numbers.
Sned my money in my wallet.
I hope u take actions recently.
