Dear sir,

I have booked a three steel trunk weight 149 kgs from chhapra to jodhpur via bsb on 12/002/2019 vide luggage tickets no 301094 and my jorni ticket no 08907984 & paid parcel charges of rs.1290.00 as per the calculation sheet, but the trunk has not reached jodhpur station till 02 mar 2019.

Sir please confirm and not to this my complains send my package jodhpur station.
