Dear officer,
This is to bring to your notice that i have given my scooter for repair on 24-dec-2018 and its been still not done. I am abroad and with the help of just dail got your service centre contact details and contacted them to fix my scooter. They quoted me an approximate amount of 13, 000/- to which agreed and they told me that the parts are available, once i made a 50% payment they told me that few parts need time to be ordered, which might take a month time, i agreed.
Was in touch with the staff, used to get excuses that the technician is on leave then the service advisor came in the deal, he used to update me about the parts status. Finally, one day (A month before) told me that all parts have arrived and my scooter's engine is being mounted and its kept for cooling, this will take two more days.
When i contacted him on the said date, he did not reply for three days and one day he called me on whatsapp saying that he left the job and when he go the workshop for his paperwork he will do mine as well. I waited for his call for many days and then started contacting the service centre directly,
Got connected to the technician who told me that the work has not been done on my scooter yet and he will finish it soon.
I begged this man to many time, he has an excuse every day, he promises every day he will call me back when the job is done.
I just want to know if you have lost your interest in two wheeler business or is there no any system to keep a track of your staff or jobs.
This case might not be of your interest but can you please intervene into this matter and if you cannot, would you mind forwarding this mail to the concerned person.
I am sorry for wasting your valuable time but i have been tired of wasting my time and money on call the service center and begging for my scooter.
