Self — Mi Power Bank Order Not yet received

I have order Mi Power bank Form Shopume on 20th January 2015 with order id #12194. it is prepaid order, payment has deducted 2 times and payments confirmation receipt has with me. order/delivery confirmation also got mail but product not yet come. i called customer care the number was incorrect and not respond.
