Self — money detected for drive cancellation

Dear sir / madam,

On march 01, 2019 & march 02, 2019 money detected for drive cancellation fees both was not cancelled by me. It was not cancelled by vehicle driver.

In once booking that is on march 02, 2019 initially the driver was canceled and same driver was came to pickup.

Amount detected was rs.30 & rs.30 total rs. 60.

Kindly check & resolve the issue.
