Hello Sir,

My MTNL Broadband connection was activated yesterday 17th July 2014, the
installtion engineer did not even check whether the internet is working
properly or not. He just installed the modem and left. When i came back
home to check the system your so called 2MBPS speed is slower than a
56kbps modem. I wasted 90 minutes calling your call centre for help,
asked me to do some settings on the modem, and even after that the speed
was very very slow.

I stay in Bandra (E) area, if you do not have good service in this area
then why do you sell your devices, your customer care and installtion
engineers literally harass the consumers. I need my connection working
or i need a refund on the installtion charges.

Kindly look into this issue ASAP. For your information i contacted the
installtion engineer Mr.Singh and he failed to show up today for ay kind
of troubleshooting.

Hope you will take this complaint seriously. I have been using your
landline services for the past 25 years
