Self — No connection No refund get

Hi, I have Applied for Broadband Connection 4 months Back .After few days They said This connection is not feasible at your location.So i said to Refund my money . Still 4 months have gone and i didn't receive a single Pennie of my amount. Not a singe person is helping to resolve my issue . If This Keep on continue, i am going to Register a case in CONSUMER COURT. Regarding the Same .
