Self — Too much charges on credit card

sir this is kiran, in last month i was used 1, 07, 000 approximately.. on that time i am busy with my personal work so I was not paid minimum amount i.e 5700/- my due date is 14th Aug. then immediately 750/- late charge on my card.. then sbi executive telicaller told " if you are pay the amount on or before 25th July" then you will avoid 3.5% charge on your card. i was paid the minimum amount on 25th July.. in this month statement THEY WERE ADDED 4790/- fine charges and also add 700 CARD STATEMENT i am not interested to pay the fine charges... how should i proceed legally...
