they are playing with people's emotions.

    Hi I orderd a gift with order no.[protected] today i.e 14th feb is the delivery date they told me that it is deliver before 9 PM .its almost 11 and it is still not there... . No one is responding nither the call support nor the mail support and not even chat support .

    I am totally unsatisfied.this site is totally fake i dont no what to do now.Please help me out

        Very very bad experience with sendmygift.com
        they said product will deliever till 9 pm. Still product has nt been delievered while it 11:15 pm. they are not delievering emotions. they are spoiling our emotions. Since last 1 hour, , , call is not connecting to any team member. they are not responding through ONLINE CHAT.

          This is the **** fraud company that are making us fool .I have order a flower yesterday.and it has to be deliver on 14 by 12pm .it is deliver at 9. it's worst servies very disappointed.in future will never perfer dis site.

            Hi sendmygift,

            i'm very sorry to say that i have have gone through one of the worst service experience which u guys have provided.
            i have booked one gift on the ocassion of valentine day ( ORDER NO:[protected] ..and i belive it will get over in another 1 hour because date will become 15th feb.
            when im asking the live support team they are saying before 9 pm, after some time they said by 10 pm. and most frustating is that they hardly bother for reply..
            its my humble request to u guys please stop playing with some one emotions.. i[censored]r not able to deliver the things on time please stop taking the orders..
            now in my case i dont want any gift to be deliver please refund my cash back ..

              I ordered a valentine day gift to my wife (it is our first valentine), and they told me it will be delivered efore 9 pm...

              its almost 11 and it is still not there... my order waas over 1000 rs. Order ID :[protected].

              On top of that no one at customer is picking my call and they stopped responding to the 24/7 (as they claim) chat, I dropped a mail also but it is bouncing back saying that sending failed...

              I am very much troubled and disturbed by their conduct and pathetic service... i am never going to use this site again ad will let everyone around me know about this..

              Product not delivered despite full payment

              I had ordered b'day cake from sendmygift and the cake has not been delivered.The customer support team is not responding over emails and calls.

              Kindly help on this issue.

                Please take these complaints seriously and shut this website as they have fooled people and taken money without delivering the products. This has caused mental torture by waiting the whole day to receive the products from loved ones. Inspite of trying the customer care number for 50 times in a day no response at all.

                Please get out money back and close this fraud website.

I called their support center a lot and enquired about my delivery and they informed that you have to wait till 9 p.m. it will come by 9.00 pm as it is a standard delivery. The live customer support is hell, they don't even bother to answer your chat. the executives are so rude that they don't even read the messages and reply their copy paste. the worst online service i experience with them only. Even their site is not properly working. It is 10.50 pm and not yet delivered . I ordered online through Sendmygift for 1st time and it is last...

                      I placed an order with Sendmygift on 13th Feb to be delivered on 14th feb 2016. Order Number is[protected]. I placed order after confirming with the customer support. I called and chat their live support centre alot since afternoon and enquired about my delivery and they informed that it will come by 9.00 pm as it is a standard delivery.

                      It is 11.00 pm and not yet delivered . Sendmygift promotes delivery emotions, but it play with our emotions . It is quite very embarrassing in front of the person for whom i planned the surprise and inspite of paying money we don't get the product and become fools . I ordered online through Sendmygift for 1st time and it is last...

                          I have placed the order on 10th Feb 2016 for a combo gift on my first valentines with my fiance which i was tracking till last night continuously and when i called in the morning on 14th Feb. No one picked and at least they should have this much decency to inform customers that they are not available.

                          Then i tried to reach out to customer care via chat on their website and got assured that it will be delivered by 9PM. Now it is 10PM, I cant figure out the reason why they have taken this much amount of orders if they cant manage.

                          This was my first and last order in sendmygift. These guys do not know how to do business and if they cant handle please quit. Worst company.

                                  It is 10.30 pm and not yet delivered . Sendmygift promotes delivery emotions, bbut it play with our emotions . It is quite very embarrassing in front of our family members that inspite of paying money we don't get the product and become fools . I ordered online through Sendmygift for 1st time and it is last time . I should had sticked to my old portals as they delivered on time.

                                  I want my money refunded and henceforth will not eb doing any business with send mygift as it is not worth it and playing with people emotions.

                                    Order was made on feb 11
                                    amount paid was 249.
                                    Till now the order was not served.

                                    customer care number was reached.Never picks but gives a message.
                                    Checked with customer agents..who never responses
                                    Started follow up from noon at 3:00 PM i was told order be served within 2 Hrs..
                                    Now its 22:28..They spoiled by day...despite paying in advance they played with my emotions, money and time...

                                      I ordeted a valentine gift to be delivered on 14th feb but no one turned up fir delivery. This fraud company has ruined my special day. My order no is[protected] for rs 699.

                                      Fraud company no one is replying to email and on customer care number. Beware from sendmygift. It must be banned and promoter mandeep should be jailed asap.
