Twice the sales rep on chat session on the portal assured of delivery by 10 am and it got delivered at 2 pm. Why Here's the answer - Contacted the supplier directly. The mail to the supplier was sent around 10 30 am on delivery date. The supplier is based out of a location from where the travel time to delivery address is about 2 hours So how come the send-my-gift.com assured me twice of delivery before 10 am.
