I got my Kent RO Grand Serviced in February and filters were changed by GS techno services. However, the water quality was poor. When I called GS Techno Service again they promised to send a technician, however he never turned up. When I called to follow up they said my address was out of their coverage area! They askd me to call a call center and the call center took my complaint but says I have pay service charges again! Very poor customer service and product.
