Yesterday I placed an order to deliver a bouquet to my boss as it was his birthday today (order #:[protected]
The 1st call was made at 6:30 pm today to confirm the status, and I was informed that it would be delivered by 8:30 pm today.
However, there is no status update in the website nor any intimation via sms or e-mail.
I have been trying to get connected with the customer service department which never happened. Called them numerous times, the call was connected on the IVR for 6 minutes and automatically gets disconnected and none of times did I get through a rep. REALLY DISGUSTING!!
There is no point in having a company if the motive is not set right.
You wouldn't want an escalation team if your team had focused on TAT and Customer Satisfaction.
How can someone trust this company and place any order if thing are not delivered on time as per the requested schedule???
Sorry i have to say things / gifts were never delivered forget about the time.

Please rectify your tag line –
Send My Gift – Delivering Emotions - INCORRECT
instead it has to be “DELIVERING FRUSTRATING EMOTIONS”

I do not care if the order will be delivered in future or not as the scheduled time has lapsed, hence please refund the money that was credited to your account on 14/Feb/2016 ASAP - I cannot be politer than this…
Truly very UPSETTING EXPERIENCE and RIDICULOUS SERVICE!

Order #19836368 is a re-order placed with Ferns & Petals.
