My order ID is[protected]

This company doesnt know how to deal with the customers and provide services. I have ordered an order on8th Feb 2016, which was supposed to be delivered on 09th Feb 2016. I have been calling everyday to get the order status, however only false commitments. Poor response from the supervisor and managers. Dont believe in their delivery process. Not at all satisfactory. There is no point of escalation details. My entire money is at risk now.

This is ashwini i cancelled my product through phone call but still i didn't receive any updates and didn't get my refund amount...very poor customer service
