[Resolved] Send My Gift — Undelivered item/refund for the same | |||||
Dear sir/madam On[protected] i had ordered a gift item(order no[protected] worth 299/- through send my gift on line shopping company. The company not even delivered the item or refund the amount to me. Regarding this i contacted the customer service[protected] of send my gift more than ten times, , but they are not responding properly. Now days they are not even picking the phone, not responding to mail also . Kindly do needful in refunding the amount for which i will be grateful to you.
