Had ordered a cake to be delivered to my husband for his birthday.
It was a pre-paid order with order Id[protected]. The order was a mid-night delivery order for which they had charged 150INR extra.
Firstly after placing the order i did not receive any confirmation email.I called up the customer care executive but it was of no help. After almost 7hours of placing the order received a sms with the order ID. At mid-night I waited for cake to arrive but it didn't. Just to check the status of delivery I called up the customer care. Then to my surprise the customer care executive told me as the cake is all smashed it cannot be delivered. I wanted to escalate this matter to higher executive but no one was ready talk. Since its a pre-paid order I fear refund. Was this information helpful? |
