I have given order for customized mugs in the shop which is located in HSR Layout. When I asked them when can I get, they told me two hours. When I placed the order, they said, I can get it the next day. Next day when I called them to ask about my order, they said it's not ready and started giving reasons which were not acceptable. Now it's been 2days and I have not received yet
